We had an amazing stay!

This unit has breathtaking views of the Gulf, we enjoyed many sunsets on the balcony. Great restaurants and shops all within walking distance. Everyone in the building was very friendly. The owner was attentive, accommodating and very easy to deal with. We can’t wait to go back.

Owner was very accommodating in providing a crockpot when we inquired if there was one. The owner was quick to respond to our questions. Wonderful firm bed. Also liked the covered assigned parking. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect winter vacation spot in a wonderful location

We stayed here for a month, for the second year in a row. The unit was wonderful: spacious, clean, functional with lots of amenities. The condo building right on a terrific--and quiet--beach, affording us wonderful walks and occasional "beach days" (it was mostly cool). The building is also a short walk to great shops located in a strip mall. On our vacation, we also discovered and visited municipal and county parks, and spent time at the Clearwater Public library and downtown. And fantastic restaurants were nearby. Vitaly, the owner, was always easily available whenever we had a question about the property. A top-notch property and choice.

Outstanding Stay

The condo was everything we needed for a family of four. We loved the pool, tennis court, beach and close proximity to Clearwater Beach and great restaurants. Easy check-in, great communication with host. Would visit again.

Great trip

The condo was very clean and all the rooms very large. The kitchen was stocked very well. We have not seen as many towels and sheets as were provided here and that was very nice. The grounds are very well kept and it nice and quiet and the condo itself is quiet. There was not a single thing that went wrong during our stay, highly recommend this condo and the area. The only time we needed to talk to the owner was before we went down and he responded promptly and was very helpful

Nice, private beach was relaxing. The nightly sunset was breathtaking whether from the balcony or the beach. Plenty of places nearby to eat. The security guards were very helpful and friendly.

Relaxing Stay

My husband and I stayed 2 weeks at this property. It was delightful. We had planned on several side trips and it was nice to come back to the condo to a lovely ocean view and a perfect beach. We would definitely stay here again

Top-notch condo unit

My wife and I cannot say enough about our memorable 1-month stay on Sand Key, adjacent to Clearwater Beach in a condo unit that beat our expectations. The owner, Vitaly, was available virtually immediately on the few occasions we needed help or advice. The unit had just about all that we needed, and its location, on a wonderful beach, a short walk away from an amazing array of stores and restaurants, and right on the trolley line to get to Clearwater Beach (or north or south along the coast) was superb. An A+ experience!

The owner was wonderful to work with! He was very responsive to all questions. The condo was beautiful, very clean and very comfortable for my mother, sister and me. Waking up to the ocean view and beach everyday was the best!!

A wonderful condo, beautiful location.

Our third time here, the month of April each time. It never ceases to amaze us that this area, only a mile from busy Clearwater, is so quiet and the beach so uncrowded. Beautiful sand and the warm gulf waters are so welcoming, a great break from northern Maine and what we call "mud season"! Vitaly, the condo owner, is always the host with the most, making sure all was as it should be to guarantee an enjoyable stay. Since our last visit two years ago, he has made furniture upgrades that are very attractive. Thank you again Vitaly and the Lighthouse Towers crew for such a beautiful place to stay.

Excellent Vacation

Great property on Sand Key with a fantastic beach view. We liked the residential feel of the neighborhood and enjoyed biking the area. Sand Key has public access with parking so we walked a considerable portion of the beach. Condo is within walking distance of restaurants and downtown. Only 4 miles to a major grocery store.
