The views were amazing! As promised! And with its location we could be on the beach without actually having to be on the beach. The hosts were great. If we had questions they were quickly answered I would highly recommend this property to others and we will definitely be staying again!

This property was super nice and accommodating. They allowed us an early check in since our flight was in the morning. The condo is right on the beach with a pool and bar as well. They do provide beach equipment like chairs and an umbrella in the suite which is nice and convenient so you do not have to rent chairs.

Everything we needed!

The studio room was perfect. Everything we needed. Beachfront and perfect views of the gulf from the room. We were in walking distance to Sea Dog Brewing and it was our favorite spot for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Family visit

The space was just enough for two of us to visit our college son. The views are spectacular and listening to the gulf at night was exceptional. There were always lounge chairs at the pool and it wasn’t too busy at any given time.

Great Location

We had a great vacation. Everything was clean and usable. The location was great, with views off the deck. The high-top tables were an added feature. We cooked in a few nights, which was very nice. The bed and area were very comfortable. There were great sunsets off the deck every night and dolphins splashing in the morning. The location was perfect, with plenty of parking and Publix down the street. I highly recommend this unit.

Perfect location

The place was nice with a Tiki Bar by the pool. Communication with the owner was very good. He was very quick to respond. I do wish there could be laundry in the room😊. We enjoyed our stay.

we had a wonderful stay The property location was perfect The view was beautiful The only thing i would have changed was the height. Of the chairs...i am 5'2" and could not sit at the high top table chairs without help And my partner is 6'2" and the couch was to low to the ground for him to sit on So we usually sat on the bed Other than that our stay was lovely We also got to watch dolphins swim in the gulf one evening

Location is everything, but when the bed sheets were dirty in the room wasn’t as clean as we thought it would be. Online showed better than in person.

Great View and Beach Access

What you are paying for is the 4th floor balcony view, which is amazing and the "Walk out" access to the beach, which is also very nice. The unit itself was clean, but in need of upgrading, especially the bathroom.

Much Needed Getaway

Overall we enjoyed our stay here, the location and view are perfect. Small town feel and not very touristy feeling which was great! The condo does need more thorough deep cleanings between guest and maybe some scents to help with the musky mildew smell. The furniture needs some replacing, specifically the fouton. It was perfect size for two of us, I couldn’t imagine having 3 or 4 people in this condo though. Overall satisfied as we just needed a place to sleep and shower anyways!

Nice location BUT... Awful bathroom.

Shower was missing half the glass door. Other half was off the track. Toilet didn't flush properly. Hot water was slim to none. We did like location. Staff was friendly.
