In the area known as the Narrows, this 'top of class' beach front gem has views of the Gulf, White Sand Beach and Pool/Hot Tub. You will see striking sunsets from your private balcony and your master suite located on the sixth floor (7 stories up). Views of Boca Ciega Bay and the intra-coastal waterway can be seen from both bedrooms. With only 39 units in this property, you can rest assured a day at the large beach side pool will be calm and relaxing. Pool area includes a hut tub, cabana, lounge chairs, showers, bathrooms, charcoal and gas grills. Grab some beach towels, an umbrella, beach chairs & Toys, even a cooler (all provided) and head off to the virtually private beach for a day of fun in the sun, steps from your home away from home. At the end of the day, come relax in your large master suite with Memory foam King bed and private ensuite with a multi spray shower. The guest suite also boasts a comfortable queen bed and has it's own bath just off the room. This is an ideal vacation destination for multiple families or couples traveling together. Enjoy cooking in your fully equipped gourmet kitchen with purified water next to large laundry/pantry room. The entire unit is equipped with a water softener for your health and convenience, you don’t need to use as much soap as you do with hard water, you're going to love how it feels. The unit also has a tankless water heater so running out of hot water is very unlikely! Wireless internet, Cable, and Netflix are available on both large screen HD cable TV's for your enjoyment. Nationwide calling including Canada is also part of your package. On site parking and a lobby with luggage & shopping carts to help you get your belongings up to your condo are readily available as well. Seating that reclines, a 50' & 47' HD TV, wireless internet, Board Games located in the Pantry are just some of the comforts this vacation property includes. The unit has an alarm for your safety, a coded entry so no key required to enter the unit, breakfast bar as well as dinning area. All the blinds in the condo are automatic, just push a button and privacy is almost instant, press it again in the morning and let the sunshine in!

This newly renovated state of the art vacation rental is in the heart of it all. Just south of Park Blvd near the Seacoast Bird Sanctuary (admission is always FREE), you and your kids are going to love it! You're within walking distance to parks, tennis courts, breakfast & coffee shops. Ice cream (Candy Kitchen), pizza (Beach Pizza), and convenience stores are just to name a few. Gulf Blvd is a hot spot for entertainment, shopping, eating to simply strolling and sight seeing. Our favorite restaurant, the Salt Rock Grill is only .9 miles away and has excellent food. Make your way to John's Pass to experience fantastic waterfront restaurants, fabulous shopping and water excursions, only 5 minutes south. Fifteen minutes north and you are at Clearwater Beach, here you will find award winning beaches, amazing restaurants, nightlife, our local star “Winter” from the movie “Dolphin Tale” at the Clearwater Aquarium and the Pier 60 nightly sunset celebration is only 10 minutes north. St Pete/Clearwater airport is 20 minutes away, Tampa International Airport is 30 minutes away. Busch Gardens and Adventure Island are only 45 minutes away. Orlando, Disney, Universal and Sea World, are all only 90 minutes away. Leave the car at home when exploring the local area, we have the Suncoast Beach Trolley that runs right outside your door and for only 5 dollars you can jump on and off all day. Travel from Clearwater beach to St. Pete's Beach and all stops in between. The trolley run's every 20 to 30 minutes from 5 am through10:10 pm; or until midnight on Friday's and Saturday's. It even has free WIFI, a total of 20.7 miles each way. The Clearwater beach area is a wonderful place to spend the winter, visit spring training, get away for spring break or a much needed summer vacation. This is our second time in this amazing condo and we absolutely love it. We loved it so much that we stayed for two weeks this time. It feels like our home away from home. Having the pool and the beach right there makes it ideal for us with the kids for a “staycation” vacation. The condo has everything you need! It makes our stay so much easier when we do go down. The host are always so easy to work with. We always look forward to coming back!!

Wonderful Condo!! Wonderful Location!!

As soon as you walk through the door of the condo it's easy to see that George and Raffi take great pride in their rental unit. From the beautiful hardwood flooring, the automatic blinds, granite countertops, the comfortable furnishings it's easy to see these owners go the extra mile to ensure their guests have a great stay. We've stayed in more VRBO rentals than I can count, and I can honestly say this is the nicest, most well stocked one we've ever rented. It's great to see owners that actually take pride in their rental, and George and Raffi definitely do. I just can't say enough good things about it. Being on the top floor is wonderful, the view of the gulf is amazing. The automatic blinds are remote controlled and are great, even though we only used the ones in the master bedroom. The showers have a "shower panel" which we liked so well I'm putting them in my showers at home. You get a "full body" spray from them if you want, and it feels wonderful after being on the beach, in the sun. The bed in the master bedroom has a mattress that will put you to sleep as soon as your head hits the pillow. It's amazingly comfortable!!! Remote controlled ceiling fans in every room, including the balcony. The kitchen, and pantry are fully stocked with anything you might need. Also, the entire complex is peaceful and quiet. Only steps from the private pool and beach, and neither was never crowded. It makes for a peaceful, relaxing vacation. We'll definitely stay here again!

What a week!

San Remo 606 is the best condo we have ever rented. We have been vacationing in the area for a very many years. We were in love with this condo from the moment we opened the door. There’s nothing the host hasn’t thought of that you might need. It’s well stocked so I suggest you only take your clothes. Beautifully decorated with the beach theme throughout the home. Do you want gorgeous views? You will find them here, from every window. I so enjoyed my morning coffee on the balcony watching the waves and dolphins. There’s so much I can say about this beautiful condo. We will definitely stay here next year. Thank you Raffi and George for sharing your home.

Great FL beach spot

Stay at the condo was perfect. The beach was very close and some good restaurants in the area. The pool was just opening up. There's a locker with nice beach chairs and some toys.

Perfect Vacation Spot!!!

The owner (George) went above and beyond to keep in touch with us. He informed us ahead of time that the pool would not be ready for use since the hurricane damage. He offered us many things to make it right. With the beach right in front of us, it didn’t matter that we did not have the pool to use. The condo was spotless & the view from this unit was amazing. We will hopefully be back soon!

Thanksgiving Vacation

Wonderful beach vacation in Indian Shores! The condo was perfect - beautiful and clean. I can’t say enough about the hosts - George went over and beyond to ensure that our trip was everything we hoped, and more! Beach vacation

Granddaughters visited for 6 days, otherwise just my wife and self. Was wondering if bldg had a recycling program. We could not see where to put separate recycling items. Unit was entirely as advertised. Great view and all appliances worked well. Thanks for allowing our little dog. My wife will not travel without her.

Construction/upgrades to the building were ongoing during our stay but the crew and site manager were very respectful. Our condo was the 6th floor with patio facing the beach, which was just a few yards away.

The best thing about the property was George! Just kidding, the unit is awesome and as advertised , but George communicates continually to be sure you know what is going on and there to help if you have issues. Would absolutely rent again from George!

Beautiful Condo with Breathtaking views

This condo was beautifully decorated and we felt so at home here. George was super helpful with all the details we needed for our stay! The view was absolutely stunning and we enjoyed sitting in the balcony with a coffee or glass of wine and unwinding. The pool was clean and the beach was so much closer then some of the other places we stayed in that just south of here. We met some really nice people and found some really great restaurants in the area. Anything you need is in the condo and for the beach! Great location…very family and pet friendly! We were so sad to leave after 8 days but look forward to going back one day!

They think of everything!

A wonderful week stay! Probably should've booked longer! Loved it! Anything that is needed, he has there on site for you to use. A cooler, beach toys, towels, it's all there! Fantastic communication from the owner. Would highly recommend!

Thanksgiving Vacation

The condo was absolutely amazing, exactly as pictured and described. Perfect location! The beach views were fabulous as we watched dolphins every morning when we had our coffee on the balcony! The pool/hot tub area was spotless and tended to each morning and the pool was the perfect temperature (always a plus). We've already rebooked for a future vacation!

This experience was the best experience we’ve had at San Remo. We loved the cleanliness of the property, and the breathtaking views of the Gulf. We had a great experience with the owners, and we will definitely be returning next year.

Beautiful condo with a gorgeous view

My family and I stayed here 3 years ago and my sister's family stayed here for this trip while we were in the condo next door. The condo is just as perfect as when we stayed and the gulf view is unbeatable! George and Raffi have thought of everything you need (love the ceiling fan on the balcony!). They are also very quick to respond with any questions or issues. The location is perfect as well with the beach in front of the condo never being super crowded. It's just a great place to stay!
