Check in and check out were super easy. The condo was very nice & having the ocean out the front with pool out the back was perfect. Had some WiFi connectivity issues & customer service stayed on text messaging even after standard office hours to assist. Definitely above and beyond. Pass-a-Grille was a very quiet part of the island. Sunset was celebrated every night & I felt like I found my people. Plus so many amazing birds

Stayed in a lot of places at Pass A Grille Beach own a timeshare here unfortunately it was not repaired from the hurricane yet stayed here had a very enjoyable time would highly recommend

Great beach vibe directly accessible to the public beach. Owners failed to disclose the 20 blocks of beach were being renourished with sand from the gulf and it’s still not fully finished. The condo is pleasant and nicely maintained. The pool is heated and clean. Overall a nice place to relax.very

First timer and laid back relaxing vibe. 8 unit building around a heated pool and very convenient to bars and resteraunts. Perfect for two but also has pull out couch. Bottom floor some minor noise from upstairs unit but minimal. We love this area the best after trying Clearwater, Madeira Beach and Siesta Key previous years.

Just A Week Away!

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute condo! Perfect location for walking to breakfast, dinners, bars! Watch the sunset from the patio! And the pool was also so nice for a break from the beach. Just loved it and would definitely stay there again!

Very nice condo on gulf way

We very much enjoyed our stay , the unit was as described , neat and clean and very comfortable. The bed in the bedroom is huge and comfortable! Our only concern was the pool deck being messy upon arrival but it was quickly corrected when mentioned! Great location , close to everything, and you can hear the ocean from the living room!

No pets please.

This is the third time I have stayed in this building. Second time in this condo. Condo is clean and perfect location. Only problem this time was the dog in unit 3 that was left in condo alone every evening to bark non stop. It barked nonstop even when tenents were at the pool. Could not enjoy the front porch at all if tenents were not there in their condo. Loved the condo. Dog next door, not so much.

Perfect Location

The Location was perfect. The pool was a wonderful. Condo and outdoor furniture/patio needed a good scrub: fire alarms going off in unit 6 times one morning at 0800 and there was no fire. Maintenance immediately and replaced all fire alarms. Maintenance guy was fantastic and nice! I’m and out! Charles from ITrip wasn’t very helpful during booking or after. Wouldn’t answer any emails or questions I had. Never booked VRBO before and he was no help figuring it out.

Two weeks in paradise

We've been coming to Pass a Grille Beach for many years, this is our second time to stay in this location. We love this unit and all it has to offer fits us perfect. Owners are receptive and were open and responsive to suggestions. BTW we loved the new shower! We plan on being there again next year.
