Sus vacaciones serán notables y de primera clase en este renovado condominio bien equipada! Los propietarios acaban de terminar una remodelación total comprado todos los muebles nuevos, y espléndida decoración con playas, que realmente han pensado en todo! El espacio es abierto y acogedor con un montón de espacio para todos! La sala de estar concepto abierto tiene un sofá-cama queen, dos salas de estar, y un gran televisor de pantalla plana con servicio de cable y DVR, así como WIFI gratuito. Hay un comedor completo con un enfriador de vino! La cocina equipada tiene asientos adicionales en la barra, y se completa con todo lo que pueda necesitar para cocinar durante su estancia!

Hay dos amplias habitaciones en esta casa. Ambos tienen camas tamaño queen de felpa, ropa de cama de lujo, televisores de pantalla plana y vestidores. El baño principal tiene una cabina espaciosa, en la ducha, mientras que el baño de huéspedes tiene una combinación de bañera / ducha. Hay incluso una lavadora y secadora en el apartamento para hacer la vida un poco más fácil!

Las Olas es una comunidad cómoda e ideal para pasar sus vacaciones ganado duro situado cerca de todo! Hay una piscina climatizada para su uso a sólo unos pasos de su puerta, barbacoa comunitaria, y la playa está a menos de 2 cuadras de distancia! Libre de aparcamiento en la calle para dos vehículos. Always ran out of hot water in the back bathroom in 5 minutes or less. Refrigerator door did not close properly, had to give it a hard push. Kitchen faucet needs replaced. Not enough curtain panels to close curtains in the bedroom. Storm door slams open bc the spring is broken. Living room rug/carpet was very very dirty. One dish washer pod was there, for a week stay, we needed 2 and hated buying them for just one. The highest temperature in the ‘heated’ pool was 66.

Great little place!

Two couples down from the north for a long weekend. Place worked out great. Walk to the beach or take the FreeBee shuttle anywhere in St Pete’s Beach you wanted to go. Easy and relaxing.

Great Location & Within Walking Distance

This property is in a great location and close to many restaurants and the beach all within walking distance. Our car sat unused for most of the time. The unit was clean and had room enough for four adults.

Very nice and clean

This is a 2 bedroom condo although its listed as sleeps 6. The condo was clean and had everything you need for your stay dishes, glasses, silverware, linens and towels. There was a lot of beach equipment in the closet, chairs, floats and cooler. The pool area was nice but could get crowded. Over all it was a nice place to stay.

Nice condo in a great location

the condo was excellent. the only downside is there is no outside area accessible from the condo, such as a balcony or patio. The public pool is very close, but not private.

My husband and I loved it. It was very private but close enough to the beach and restaurants to walk if you choose. The owner had beach chairs, beach towels and even a metal detector. We took it to the beach twice. I had one small problem and it was taken care of right away. We will definitely stay again. I only gave 4 stars on cleanliness because behind the doors it was very dirty. It’s a pet peeve of mine.

Switched condo properties

We did not stay at the Waves as originally scheduled. We had orginally reserved a ground floor condo at the Waves since my wife can't do well with steps. After we made the reservation, the Waves got damaged by two hurricanes, damaging all first floor units. When we got to the Waves, we were directed to a second floor condo with no elevator. When we questioned this, the property manager moved us to the Oasis on the Gulf - in a upper floor condo with an elevator. The Oasis on the Gulf condo was super.

Great Location! Lovely pool.

Lovely spot! Water pressure was not okay. The unit was very musty upon arrival. We went to Home Depot and bought damp-rid and hung a few bags. The humidifier was full and not running, easily fixed. We bought a candle and it was good in like 36 hours. Everything else was really nice, love the area and the pool is very nice. Would stay again.

Reviewer Comments: We came down fairly last minute, planning just a few months in advance. The condo was perfect for our 6 people. Having two bathrooms made getting ready much easier, or cleaning off from the beach. The pool was great for our kids. We ended up driving to the beach rather than walking. The property was clean and well kept. There was a closet off the second bedroom with all kinds of beach stuff. There were chairs, umbrella, sand toys, rafts, coolers, even sun hats. Very handy for our family who traveled by plane were limited to what we could bring. Very nice and we would stay again.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The first couple of days were great and then it was all down hill. We had issues with the bathroom and had to go without a bathroom for the day with 5 people and then was told we couldn’t use and water , next day we got moved into a much smaller place and did not have enough beds for everyone . I will never stay there again

Unit itself was very nice and the amenities in the unit we great for our stay. We arrived on Tuesday evening and the next day we went shopping and exploring Johns Pass and then swam in the pool that afternoon. Air was chilly but the pool was warm. Thursday after spending the day at the beach we returned to find the walkway to enter the building had been torn out leaving thick sand and debris to walk on. My wife has balance issues so we assisted her. After entering the beach unit we found the water had been turned off. I contacted Beach Time Realty. They sent the property manager who couldn't figure out how to get the water back on. So we were moved to a different location. Upon arriving and new location the door entering the building and walkways were dirty. In the new unit the master bedroom had a king bed that left very little room to walk around the bed and the bathroom was very tiny. Other bedroom had bunk beds. We are seniors and my sister in law has had a hip replacement plus seniors do have to use the bathroom during the night and we were not sure if the ladder would hold and adult. So my sister in law slept on the couch. Next morning she woke up with a bug bite below her lower lip. Were notified the water was back on so we packed up our food and luggage and returned. Saturday afternoon we went to swim and the heater had been turned off and the water was too cold for us to swim. We had other plans for Sunday and we knew the pool would be closed Monday.

A Wonderful Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A few weeks ago, my family went to St. Pete's for a small family vacation. After looking at several properties, we chose the Waves 8 Air B&B and we are so happy we did! It had the perfect space for 5 of us. The kitchen was totally stocked with all the dishes we needed, the space was clean, there were extra beach towels provided and a closet full of beach and pool stuff for us to use to add to our fun. (That was totally unexpected.) The beds were comfortable. The sheets were clean. We were only a couple of blocks from the beach, and so although we did drive and park one day so that we wouldn't have to carry our cooler and chairs the two blocks, the younger people (19 to 30) walked back and forth all three days we were there. No one had anything bad to say. We enjoyed ourselves so much and are very grateful to our host. They were responsive, they checked on was just a wonderful family vacation.

Two areas need addressed the first is the floors, they need a very good deep cleaning - socks got very dirty on bottom within a couple of hours, Secondly kitchen eating and cooking utensils need to be updated. I would rent again if management company assured the areas mentioned were addressed.
