Sleeping arrangements

Three inviting bedrooms each hold a queen bed, offering a restful night for every guest. The third bedroom includes its own en‑suite bathroom for added privacy. A queen sofa bed in the living area provides flexible sleeping space, bringing the total to four comfortable beds for up to seven guests.



Outdoor living

The expansive backyard is designed for relaxation and fun. A screened‑in pool invites you to swim or lounge at any time, while the fire pit creates a cozy gathering spot after sunset. A patio area is perfect for morning coffee, al fresco meals, or simply soaking up the sunshine.



Living spaces

An open‑plan living room features ample seating and a flat‑screen TV for movie nights or catching up on favorite shows. Adjacent, a dining table seats the whole group, and a well‑equipped kitchen offers everything needed to prepare breakfasts, casual lunches, or elaborate dinners.



Amenities

High‑speed Wi‑Fi keeps you connected, and a smart lock ensures easy, secure entry. An in‑unit washer and dryer make longer stays hassle‑free, while air‑conditioning and heating keep the interior comfortable year‑round. Free parking accommodates two vehicles, and the home is proudly pet‑friendly, welcoming your furry companions.

Nestled in Pinellas Park, the home sits minutes from Helen S. Howarth Community Park, the Shoppes at Park Place, and Sawgrass Lake Park. A short drive brings you to Tampa’s attractions, while local shops and nature spots are within easy reach for spontaneous outings.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have exclusive access to the home.



Parking can accommodate up to (3) vehicles in the driveway.



The Neighborhood:

A quiet, residential neighborhood but an area filled with outdoor spots, foodie gems, and more!



We recommend checking out Pinellas Arts Village! This area is an emerging part of the city and continues to evolve through the efforts of a growing number of arts and entertainment destinations. There are different free events throughout the year as well!



You can spend time walking around the nature trails (like Sawgrass Lake Park or Helen S. Howarth Community Park). OR pop into some of Pinellas Park restaurants for a bite to eat -- there are plenty to choose from :) Whether you like Thai, Cajun, or looking for a nice cold beer, you'll definitely be able to find what you're craving!



Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is the best way to get around. Up to (3) cars may park in the driveway.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have cameras outside for security purposes, none of them pointing to the pool area.
