Enjoy a relaxing trip with breathtaking views in Treasure Island! Studio Waterfront condo in a comfortable and well-appointed space. Featuring NEW King Bed and 1 sofa bed, 1 full bathroom and a kitchenette. Community resort with heated pool, washer/ dryer, volleyball nets, tiki bar and more! This has all you need for a perfect vacation!
THE UNIT
This Clean & Spacious Unit features:
- Direct oceanfront views with a balcony!
- Bathroom equipped with tile shower
-TV with Cable and WIFI provided
- Comfortable NEW King bed with linens and towels included (please bring your own beach towels or plan to purchase)
- Sofa Bed
- Kitchenette with Full sized fridge, microwave, hot pad and coffee maker!
-NO additional resort fee for our unit!
THE PROPERTY
Our family-friendly resort provides the following on-site amenities:
- Direct beach access;
- 24/7 Front desk,
- Heated swimming pool;
- Poolside Tiki Bar offering drinks and small meals, open varying hours and availability is not guaranteed.
-Gas BBQ grills on the beach,
- Beach Loungers, Umbrellas and other beach equipment is available for rental
-Volleyball Net
- Boat Launch Ramp available
- Free parking for 1 car
- Washers/ Dryers for community use!
-Any shared amenities and unforeseen circumstances impacting their availability will not qualify for a refund.
Entire studio unit for your private use! Please note this does share a door with another unit in the complex; however, that door is locked and not openable from either side. Heated pool, volleyball nets, tiki bar and other common amenities will be shared with other guests of the resort.
*In efforts to make our resort better, there are currently renovations happening Monday-Friday 8-5pm as weather permits. Most of the construction is now limited to the lobby but there could still be noise and equipment around the resort.
HOSUE RULES:
*This home is not pet friendly, any undisclosed pets on the property will incur a $300 fine plus any damages or extra cleaning charges. We do ask that service animals are disclosed and emotional support animals need to have valid documentation prior to the start of stay.
*No smoking allowed (weed or cigarettes) - evidence will incur a $500 minimum fine. Please smoke away from the home away from windows or doors and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
*Any visitors must also be listed in the guest count. Minimum fine of $50 per person per night will apply for any undisclosed guests. The city is strict about maximum occupancy including visitors and we cannot allow more than the maximum guest count at any one time.
*Please observe a 9 p.m.- 8 a.m. quiet hour for our neighbors. They are our utmost priority to continue to operate short term rentals for years to come. Noise violations are taken seriously and will have one courtesy warning before removal without repayment for nights unspent.
*Our place is not for parties. $500 minimum fine for parties. A party is defined by any more than 4 occupants in the home at any one time. No refund will be given for nights unspent if we are forced to terminate the reservation due to a party. We want you to have a great time with up to 4 guests in the house maximum, including any visitors. This is a residential area and our neighbors rely on us not to disrupt the community. We want to continue to do short term rentals for a long time so please help us respect our neighbors.
*Please note while the home is cleaned very thoroughly between stays and air filters changed regularly, we may allow dogs at the home. Those with severe allergies will need to consider our home’s suitability for their unique needs.
*No refunds will be given for COVID-19 or weather related cancellations including hurricanes. Please consider purchasing trip insurance that covers any unforeseen circumstances. Please note during hurricane season our area is prone to inclement weather.
*$75 per hour charge for not checking out on time. Please communicate if you need more time, if we can accommodate we will not charge a fee.
*If our property has a grill, please clean after use to avoid an extra $75 grill cleaning charge.
*Ice makers and fireplaces are an extra amenity and no refunds will be given if they are not functioning properly.
*To maintain a fair and comfortable environment for all guests, we ask that utilities (electricity, water, gas, etc.) be used responsibly. If there is evidence of excessive utility consumption beyond normal use for the duration of your stay, we reserve the right to charge additional fees for the excess usage. These charges will be calculated based on actual costs incurred and will be billed to the guest.
*No paper towels or wipes (including flushable wipes) are allowed down the drains. If a plumber needs to fix an issue caused by the aforementioned items and reasons, the cost will be billed back to the guest.
*Guest agrees to complete a third party encrypted ID verification independent of the platform booked on for security purposes. If the guest does not complete the verification or the host is not comfortable with the screening results, host may cancel the reservation with full refund to the guest.
*Any cleaning or maintenance issues must be addressed to the host. We must be able to attempt to fix the issue before offering refunds. If an issue is not addressed during the stay, no refunds will be provided.
*Please note lawn care and trash service may come on the premises during your stay. Days and times vary, please inquire if you need more specifics on when to expect these services to take place during your stay.
*Stays over 60 days will require a clean every 30 days included in your booking fee.
*An application, screening, signed lease and deposit is required for 90+ day rentals-please inquire for more details. Bookings over 90 days are brokered by Sojourn Realty.
*Please note that we do not provide shoveling or snow removal. Use caution in case of these situations, as we are not to be held liable.
