The Master bedroom has a king bed with a memory foam mattress, TV with cable and ceiling fan and features its own sliding door to the Gulf side balcony and a comfy seating area ensuite bathroom. The ensuite master bathroom has a step-in shower and dual sinks. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and Bunk beds with two Twins, a ceiling fan, and a TV. The property has a Heated Pool with a large deck along with a Spa/Hot Tub and Gas Grills for guest use. The unit has Free High-Speed Internet Service and Free Long Distance (US and Canada). Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.

Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.

Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.

Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.
