The home is bright and airy, with plenty of natural light filling every space, creating the perfect setting for your beach retreat.

Step outside and find semi-private beach access just a short stroll away, along with over 10 restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream parlors, boat rentals, a water park, and even a brewery, all within walking distance. Amazing get away for a relaxing area

I was blown away by the price, location, amenities and cleanliness of this location. The hosts were very attentive to our needs and the neighbors were great. We were able to walk to the beach easily only walking two blocks. Plenty of great restaurants nearby. We will definitely be back here! Do not hesitate to book this place!

We loved our stay- such a perfect place if you have young kids too - crib and high chair was provided. The kitchen was perfect. Just absolutely loved the locations salable distance with the wagon they have in the garage to any restaurant by the beach

Indian Rocks Beach

The beach bungalow was very nice, quiet and comfortable. The amenities were very good also (glad to have a washer/dryer for clothes) and a tub (for a good soak after having my back tighten up).Hopefully will be able to stay again sometime in the future.

Family vacation

This was the first leg in a beach/orlando trip, was definitely an awesome stay! Great location right around the corner from the beach and ice cream across the street for the kiddos! Clean and stocked well for a family of 5, only slight issue is the upstairs bedroom/bathroom stays somewhat warmer then downstairs but we used 2 fans and was able to manage just fine! Thanks for an awesome stay!

Spring Break 2024

We stayed the first week of April for Spring Break. The property has a great proximity to the beach. Local restaurants are easily walkable. The home has all you need if you want to cook your own meals. The master suite is perfect. 5 out of 5 would stay here again.

Nice stay but needs some improvements

We enjoyed our stay and the location can’t be beat! There were a few issues that should be addressed. We arrived to a full dishwasher of dishes to put away the cleaning team missed. There was no hand soap in master bathroom. Upstairs is a third floor but does not have its own sensor. Main floor stays cool (to the 72 degrees) you’re allowed to keep it at, but once bottom reaches 72 it shuts off because the thermostat reads that it’s 72. Downstairs is comfortable but upstairs was honestly a major issue and uncomfortable. There is a standing fan we kept on 100% of the time, along with the ceiling fan, and closed the curtains immediately upon arrival to try and combat the heat. Florida heat is brutal, we live and host here as well. The standing fan you can hardly feel even with your hand right in front of it and should be replaced. Black out curtains should be added rather than the decor style just for efficiency, and an easy solution to this problem is a smart thermostat where a sensor is located upstairs so that the air unit cools until both floors are at the set temperature. I usually run colder but it was so hot I couldn’t use the master bath upstairs to get ready for photos and had to move my things downstairs, and our son kept waking up from any nap or sleep sweating even in just a diaper. My husband is never one to complain but really was uncomfortable and urged this to be left in the review unfortunately which I hate to do but hope it helps for future improvements

Location, location, location!

We had a great stay at this property! The house is very clean. Some beach rentals will have sand on the floors but this was not the case. I enjoyed the spacious master bath too; I didn't feel cramped with our toiletries, etc. You are only a few short minutes to the beach, restaurants and the pharmacy for forgotten items. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great Condo, Great Location

I stayed in this condo for 11 days and had my best friend with me for 5 of those days. The space was more than ample for the 2 of us. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of linens, with the washer and dryer it was easy to throw a couple of loads in midway through my trip, very convenient. Location was great, beach access was just a short, 2 block walk to a very nice pedestrian only beach access, which means much less crowded than areas with public parking. About the same distance to several great restaurants, Crabby Bill’s, by far my favorite. Overall great place, would definitely stay again!

Awesome place and owners super quick response!

Had an amazing time ! Owners answered anything right away! Everything as described! I forgot to ask before but coffee maker was keurig. Able to have a small bbq with family and walk down to the beach for sunset.. restaurants all close and walking to all and the beach! Thank you!! We will come back next year for sure!!

Fantastic location - 1 block walk to the beach and great restaurant on the same street. House had everything we needed for cooking and beach gear and coolers. Grill didn’t have LP, but was a nice patio to sit out on.

Fabulous location

The location of this property is absolutely perfect. Walkable to the beach and many local restaurants. It has just about everything needed to have a relaxing stay, especially for a small family. There were a couple of items that need attention. The fridge freezes everything you put in it, luckily we didn’t buy a ton of groceries but the ones we did were hardly usable. The shared outdoor space wasn’t kept up or cleaned very well and the grill was also very dirty and we had to spend a lot of time cleaning the grill so that we could cook, only to run out of propane. The sheets were not in good condition in the master bedroom but the upstairs is beautifully renovated. It’s so close to 5 stars but is missing in the details. Thanks for the use of your beautiful space, we would absolutely stay again. .

Great Experience!

We had a great time on this trip. My friend and I are educators, and were looking to get away for a few days on our spring break - this place was perfect! The space was clean and homey, located on a quiet residential street, with a close walk to the beach. There were plenty of things to explore within walking distance. The beach was beautiful - we were able to see dolphins, rays, and even a manatee during our short stay! Highly recommend, and would definitely stay again!
