This 2-bedroom, 2-bath townhome is ideal for couples, families, and friends, especially with young children or infants. We’ve carefully curated the space with everything you need to make your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. Whether you're soaking up the sun, exploring nearby attractions, or enjoying quality time with loved ones, this is your perfect beach getaway.

**Spacious, Comfortable & Family-Friendly**
With three levels, a private garage, and ample space to spread out, the home sleeps up to 6 guests. The upstairs master suite features a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, and a bathroom with a separate soaking tub and shower. The guest bedroom downstairs has a queen-sized bed, and there is an air mattress and sleeper sofa available for extra comfort.

Just a 1-minute walk to the beach, and the garage is stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, a beach wagon, and toys for the kids—everything you need for a day in the sun. Need to relax indoors? Smart TVs, Wi-Fi, and games for the whole family will keep everyone entertained.

Convenient location for walk to beach, dining and some shopping. Private parking was appreciated as well as a garage full of beach chairs, umbrella, etc. Beds were comfortable and a/c worked well.

The kitchen is well-furnished, and everything works! I really enjoyed the books. Great for families as toys, children’s books and a Pack & Play are provided, as well as plastic dinnerware. The garage has quite a few beach chairs and two wagons. We really appreciated the owners’ quick response to some minor issues. Would definitely stay here again!

Love the location! Walkable to restaurants and beach. The dryer sounded like a rock tumbler so I wasn't able to do laundry, which was one main reason to book this unit. The unit itself is very nice, loved the upstairs bathroom! But the outside entrance needs help. The outside carpeting on the stairs to the unit needs updating and cleaning/painting of the walls.

Family Vacation

We booked this stay for our family vacation. Having the garage was very nice and convenient. We also appreciated having beach items avaliable to use. The townhome was very clean and everything was easy to find. We also loved how close it was to the beach and several places to eat. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your home!

Great everything!

Great location! 5 minutes to the beach, several restaurants and ice cream! Rental was very comfortable and had everything we needed! Loved the updated kitchen and bathrooms. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect!

This place looks like the pictures. It was a perfect amount of space for 4 people. It was so convenient to have a short walk to the beach, the coffee shop, and Jakes Cantina was walkable. The beach chairs,wagon and umbrella was a life saver for us folks from Indiana. We had so much fun! We will have to go back next year!

Close to the beach

We loved the close proximity to the beach, including a few restaurants within walking distance. The property was clean and looked like it appeared in photos. The managers were prompt and kind. The only critique would be they could add a few necessities that would help make their place more like staying at home, such as a primary bedroom garbage can and chip clips. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay there again.

Florida life in Indian rocks

The condo was at a great location. All within walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops. Jakes cantina, pj oyster bar, crabby bills, jd’s to name a few. The decor and furnishings of this rental were exactly as pictured, which was very nice. Only minor minor speed bump, when we checked in none of the trash was taken out, the dishwasher still had dishes in it and the bed was unmade. Once we got everything cleaned up we were fine. All in all, I would recommend this property

Beautifully Renovated Condo in Great Location

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Indian Rocks. The location is perfect - just one block to the public beach access and within walking distance of great restaurants and shops. You could literally park your car and not need it again during your stay. The condo is beautifully renovated with new appliances, flooring and decor. The garage is stocked with any item you would need at the beach - chairs, umbrellas, toys, floats, etc. Bonus, a great beach wagon to pull everything in. We did encounter an issue with the downstairs bath shower not draining and unfortunately, the Drano did not resolve the issue. Also, one issue that must be considered is that the air conditioner is not zoned. The downstairs stays nice and cool, which is where the thermostat is located, with the air set at 72 (owners require it not be set below this). Unfortunately, we were at the beach during a very hot part of June and the upstairs master bedroom and bath did not cool off - temps stayed closer to 80 degrees until late at night in the upstairs area. Ceiling fan in master helped a little. You definitely want to keep the blinds and blackout curtains pulled shut when it is in the 90's outside. Do not open the sliding glass door to the deck when it is super hot outside as it floods the room with heat and it just cannot cool back off.

Close to beach!

We had a great stay and loved the location in proximity to the beach and many restaurants. Short drive up to Clearwater for activities, but the beach, that was a quick walk, was perfect for our family.

close to the beach and squeaky clean

We would stay at this property again! The best parts were how clean it was and the bathrooms! I They were spacious and tiled beautifully, and it was so nice to have two showers for after the beach. Also great to spread toiletries out in the master bath. We used the kitchen every day and the washer and dryer were lifesavers for us, even just to dry towels before dragging them back to the beach for another swim. The dryer was admittedly really slow but it did the job eventually. There is a neighbor right across the hall, and the building is an older one, but the inside is what matters, and we loved our stay here! We spent most of our time at the beach anyway, and the walk to the ocean was maybe 7 minutes max. We used the wagon in the garage but sadly had to buy our own umbrella and boogie boards because the ones provided were broken. Not sure why they were still there. That seems like an easy, inexpensive thing to provide for guests since it's a pain and additional cost to buy our own for a short time, so now the property has new boogie boards and sun umbrella. We were ten minutes late checking out and the cleaning ladies were super nice, so props to them.
