Bay Harbor 303 – Clearwater Bayfront Condo w/ Balcony, Heated Pool, Walk to Beach & Dining

Bay Harbor 303 is in a great location in Clearwater Beach situated on Clearwater Bay and across from the beach. This 3 bedroom 3 bathroom condo is on the 3rd floor of a 4 story condo building and has gorgeous Bay views. With a master bedroom, two guest bedrooms, and 3 full bathrooms, this unit can sleep up to 6 guests comfortably. In the living room, there is a sofa sleeper for extra guests & with the open concept floorplan, it's easy to all hang out, make a meal, or watch a movie! With a luxury balcony that overlooks the bay, pool, and Clearwater beach, you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset. The beach is a short walk across the street.
Kitchen: Water/ice refrigerator, granite countertops, a dishwasher, oven, microwave, a drip coffee maker and Keurig, a tea kettle, 4 slice toaster, a crock pot, a handheld mixer, and a blender. Basic dishes and utensils are also provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.
Dining Area: There are 3 bar stools at the breakfast bar and looks into the dining area with seating for 5.
Living Room: A comfy living room with a pull-out sleeper sofa, a TV, a ceiling fan, and bay views along with sliding doors to the luxury balcony.
Bedroom #1: The master bedroom sits overlooking the bay with sliding door access to the luxury balcony, and has a King-sized bed, TV, ceiling fan, a dresser, and an en-suite bathroom.
Bathroom #1 (En-suite): The master bathroom is spacious with a garden tub, shower, toilet room, and double vanity sinks.
Bedroom #2: Has a Queen-sized bed, TV, a dresser, a ceiling fan, and en-suite bathroom.
Bathroom #2 (En-suite): Full bathroom with a walk-in shower. No tub.
Bedroom #3: Has a Queen-sized bed, a dresser, a ceiling fan, and an en-suite bathroom.
Bathroom #3 (En-suite): Full bathroom with tub/shower combo.
* Washer and dryer included in the unit. The outdoor balcony space has a four-top bar table and resort-style seating to relax and enjoy Florida's wonderful weather and sights!

Important Information
House Rules: 1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity. 2. No parties or events. 3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals. 4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Pool Heating: Please note that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower, a pool heater cannot always heat the pool completely to temperature. By booking this property, you understand that pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed when outside temperatures are too cold.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Parking: This property comes with 1 reserved parking spot. There is some street parking along the condo building complex, but is limited and on a first come first serve basis. We recommend visiting the city of Clearwater's website for more information on beach parking.

The immediate surrounding area has a lot to choose from within walking distance, such as different arrays of cuisines, retail shops, beach shops, gas stations, putt-putt, liquor stores, and an Island Market. There are also plenty of recreation and watersports rentals in the area such as electric bikes, electric scooters, small electrical vehicles, and boat rentals. The Clearwater Jolley Trolley is also a great option to get around the beach town.
Clearwater has been frequently ranked as one of the BEST BEACHES in the USA, has been listed in the top 6 best in the world beaches by TripAdvisor, and was awarded the ranking of Florida's Best Beach Town by USA Today. With its white sandy beaches and plenty of options for people of all ages, you will find something fun for all to enjoy. Clearwater Beach is located approximately 20 miles from Tampa International Airport (TPA) and 25 miles from downtown Tampa. St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport (PIE) is also within close proximity to Clearwater Beach.

Great Location
This condo was everything we wanted and more. Beautiful and equipped with everything we needed. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The large balcony was a great place to start and end each day. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again!

Nice getaway
We really enjoyed the condo, location, patio, etc.. The ceiling fan in the master doesnt work so we were pretty hot at night and the clothes dryer took 2-3 times to get clothes dry and the kitchen pans need updating. We enjoyed the secure building, and the spacious condo.

Tremendous value
Beautiful property, nicely located. Everything you need for a beach getaway. A couple of the initial instructions for garage codes and wi-fi passwords were missing from the check-in instructions. I'm sure they corrected that already. No other issues at all.

Beautiful property
This condo was exactly as pictured and so convenient to surround restaurants and the beach. We saw dolphins in the bay from our balcony multiple mornings. The kitchen was well equipped and everything felt/was very clean. We would stay here again. My only caveat would be for those who get hot at night. We were not allowed to adjust the thermostat below 72, so later afternoon into early evening was a little warm for us. We adjusted using the box fans found in the closet and making sure all the ceiling fans were on but being able to adjust to 70 degrees would have been nice.

Cleanliness was ok - a lot of the dishes / utensils had to be rewashed
we had a little issue opening the door upon arrival - I sent a message but never got a response back. Luckily a very sweet neighbor helped us out.
Overall a nice experience - just a little disappointed with the communication

Clearwater Beach
A little disappointed there was no barbecue. We stayed for 2 weeks and had to prepare meals on the stove. When we arrived the screen was off the patio doors. We reached out to the property management company but it was never repaired during our stay. We need to have the patio door open as it was cool and we needed the fresh air. Needless to say we had a few small fruit fly type bugs. The area is close to the beach and restaurants.

Comfortable and enjoyable
We came in and stayed for 8 days/7 nights. This unit was perfect for us. Perfect location to walk wherever you needed to go. Communication with the property owner was easy and eberything was handled professionally. Would stay here again without a doubt!
