  • This Kima unit has a beautiful sought after 2 bedroom 2 bathroom gulf front condo. Enjoy the gulf view and flat screen tv from Madeira Beach Florida. The master has a king size bed and flat screen tv and private full bathroom with shower stall. Have access to the balcony that has a beach front view with lounge chairs and table. The sunsets from the unit are absolutely beautiful. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a TV. Just off the second bedroom is a full guest bathroom. Enjoy a fully furnished kitchen with a view of the ocean. There is a laundry room off of the kitchen and the kitchen is open to the dining area. Kima condos has some of the best views on the beach. The living area has a 42 inch flat screen TV and a leather sofa with two other chairs. Pastel colors and beach decor complete the unit. Wifi and a reserved parking space just adds to the amenities of this unit.

    The building offers use of a swimming pool which is heated year round. There are lounge chairs available for use along with several picnic tables. An outside shower is available to wash any sand away before enjoying the pool. An advantage to Kima is the pool and patio area which offer a view of the ocean and sunsets every evening.

    John's Pass Village is just a short walk away. You'll find shopping, dining and multiple water sport rental shops one mile down Gulf Boulevard. You can walk down to John's Pass from the beach side and enjoy dinner or a drink from one of the many restaurants and take Uber back to the condo, its fun! There are so many other things to do in the area or just relax on the beach.

We normally stay at the Chataux in Indian Shores, but this was a great place and we for sure book again. With two teenaged girls, having the extra bed was a huge win. Having laundry made coming home a snap as I didn't have to do a ton of laundry when I got home. A much needed escape. Thank you!

The sofa needs to be replaced as it is worn and stained. The master bath could be more handicap friendly for seniors with grab bars and a higher toilet.

Our condo was a wonderful condo for our recent visit to Madeira beach. Charles was great to work with. All questions were immediately answered. The condo is well stocked, clean and the beds are comfortable. The ocean view from the large balcony is amazing. The parking spaces are big. The elevator worked perfectly and the condo property is well taken care of. The pool was refreshing and had plenty of lounge chairs. We are looking forward to staying there again.

First of all, we are comparing this trip to past trips in Fort Myers, Siesta Key, and Sarasota. We have paid less for better but understand that the price is probably comparable to everything else at Madeira Beach. The condominium is very dated with yellowed and rusted vents, old kitchen, and a really weird set up in the guest bedroom closet. If you only want a bed with a beach view balcony, this is fine. The groins running perpendicular all along Madeira beach ruins the aesthetics and makes that beach feel very dystopian. I am not saying this condo is that bad, but there is better. It just didn't have the beautiful feel of past condos we have had other places along the Gulf. It is always worth a try.

We love Madeira Beach. We were so excited to stay at Kima 303. The condo was great - never than we expected. It was very clean. Communication and any accommodations were excellent. Within walking distance of some of our favorite restaurants. Will definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The view from the balcony was awesome. We were able to just sit outside and watch dolphins and sea birds! We would definately book again!

Great location!

We stayed at Kima for a week it was a great location and best value for direct beachfront. Convenient distance to restaurant’s and shops plus a cabana rental company on the beach in case you need chairs/umbrella. Nice pool area with plenty of lounge chairs and an outdoor bathroom as well.

We had an amazing time there at Kima Condo. The view, the beach and the condo were awesome, could have been a little cleaner but overall, it was great.

Spring Break 2024

Great location and clean beach. Condo was in a perfect location to enjoy John’s Pass, Treasure Island, Clearwater. Parking wasn’t the best everywhere, but given the timeframe, understandable. Walking distance to quite a few local bars/restaurants. Relaxing trip at the beach!
