BEAUTIFUL CONDO WITH BALCONY FACING GULF OF MEXICO WITH BRAND NEW HEATED POOL

A privately owned 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the Gulf of Mexico FL. New heated pool and no damage from last fall hurricane. Units is fully equipped with everything needed for your stay. Front door faces the east and the intercoastal waterway, the back sliding door on to a balcony facing the beach and Gulf of Mexico.

From the balcony you view the beach and beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The pool is surrounded by plenty of lounge chairs, tables, umbrellas and gas fired BBQ grills for a cookout. The pool also has great view of the beach and water.

If you do not want to rent a car or drive around hop onto the "Trolley". The trolley will take you up and down Gulf Blvd. from St. Pete Beach to Clearwater Beach.

Also you can walk to the town of Indian Rocks Beach where there are many places to visit. Within walking distance are several restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, CVS and beach rental stores.

Once at the condo enjoy all the comforts of home. The condo was recently redecorated. Feel free to view the photo gallery. We have cable tv service and high speed wireless internet. Everything is provided for your stay along with beach towels and beach chairs.

The Fiddler on the Beach is within a short drive to many Florida attractions such as: Walt Disney World, Epcot Center, MGM Studios, Sea Word, Universal Studios, Busch Gardens, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Dali Museum, Cypress Gardens, Horse/dog Racing, Charter and boat rentals, bike rentals, paddle board rentals, water park, fine dining.

Older condo but clean and comfortable. Two couples shared the condo and while both bedrooms are on the second one of the bathrooms is on first floor making it inconvenient. Both bathrooms are small. Beautiful view from balcony and easy access to pool and gulf. Nice to have restaurants in walking distance.

Perfect views of the ocean and grounds from the living room balcony! The manager of the condo was extremely friendly and took excellent care of the pool and property! The condo is equipped with kitchen utensils, dishes, glasses, pots and pans. Everything needed to cook any meal.

There was an obstructive view of the ocean. The pool was a little cool but you got used to it after a few minutes. I didn’t use the pool much. I sat on the beach all day. It was very nice to have beach chairs and umbrella to use.

***FAMILIES BEWARE****Prior to dealing with the property owner after checkout, we were going to rate this a 3-star. It is a bit outdated, and the beds and pillows are very uncomfortable. The location was nice, as was the pool; however, upon check-in, we noted that the sliding door was broken and took a picture. We found out later that the property owner blamed this on us and filed an insurance claim (thank goodness we bought property protection). She then claimed it wasn't so much the door handle, but the storm door tension rod popped off too, which we didn't notice, and it was likely like that upon arrival. Then she claimed it was because we left the place in such a state that her cleaning lady had to do a deep clean. She then sent videos of crumbs on the stove and spots on the floor, and my son's chocolate milk spill, which I missed but would have been taken care of when the cleaners mopped. The cleaning lady sent video of all the towels in the shower---which they asked us to do per the checkout list---and that the blankets used on the pullout bed were piled on the sofa. The checkout instructions were to leave the "beds undone." We didn't want to fold them up and put them back because they wouldn't know to wash them otherwise. The owner was extremely condescending, claiming that "maybe you live like that" and "I guess your perspective of a mess is different." We stayed with four kids and followed all checkout instructions. She put us on a "do not rent" list. Fine by me!

Everything was wonderful for our families stay with 3 young children. Plenty of beach gear provided and the pool was an added bonus. Location is excellent for a quick walk into town for meals or the store. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location and condo

The condo was in great shape with lots of room for five of us. The kitchen supplies allowed us to cook at the condo when we were not enjoying one of the nearby restaurants. The pool and property were in excellent shape and very clean.The location is perfect. The trolley stops outside the building and can get you to Clearwater, St. Pete's or anywhere in between.The beach is beautiful and not as crowded as other areas.I highly recommend this condo.

Had another great stay at this Condo, as it's third time we've been there. Host kept contact regarding any possible issues regarding the cleanup from the Hurricane and she always gives all of the needed details prior to staying. Beatiful location with a wonderful beach area

The location was as discribed. Bars and restaurants close (by car). Beautiful beach area right in front of the condominium. Great big pool. We would stay in that fiddler condominium complex propably again, but not in this Apartment ! No curtains on the Windows! One room is so bright as a big light outside is shining the whole night into the room. After first night without sleep we contacted the owner about this. Her answer was, that she is aware of this and therefore she uses a sleeping mask and we just should hang up sheets. We did so, but even with 4 sheets on the windows the room was still bright and my little daughter had a hard time. What child would weare a sleeping mask!? Besides it was very loud in that room, like having the dryer switched on next to you, We are used to air conditionings- but not like this. What shocked us most, however was the condition of both mattrasses and the reply of the owner after she was informed. We have never seen so disgusting mattrasses- Full of dark yellow stains. How can you even consider letting someone sleep on that! We did not get an appology, the owner just claimed the cleaning staff to be responsible for that. The fiddler condominium has it own Website with plenty of other appartments! during night that we even with Shorts! On the Windows you coulf hajsrdly Dörrpflaume,?

Perfect stay for family

This was a fantastic stay, and value. The rental had some essentials, and some beach gear. The property grounds were well kept, clean, and had nice new weber grills. The heated pool in addition to being ON THE BEACH, cannot be better. The water when we went in August was 90F!!!!!!! Never understood how warm the gulf side gets. Definitely will be top of list when i return to the area, my family had a blast.

Everything was as described! Great view! Short walk to the beach & pool was nice!!! Everything you could need in the kitchen. Comfortable beds. Beach gear & beach towels. This was our second visit to Indian Rocks for a staycation & we love it! Thank you for a great stay we will be back! 🏖️🐚

Literally steps from the beach, with no streets to cross. Condo complex has a very nice pool as well. My family and I would stay here again.
