  • (Balcony restoration and building painting starts 10/19/26 and our balcony should be done by February) Enjoy breath-taking sunsets and salty sea breezes from the spacious balcony overlooking the Sand Key and Clearwater Beaches, and the Clearwater skyline all from the 18th floor. Enjoy the beachside experience with views from almost anywhere at the beautiful Crescent Beach Club -18B! All the comforts of home await in this spacious beachy unit with floor to ceiling windows. This unit was remodeled with an updated kitchen and bathrooms. The club boasts amenities such as 2 luxurious heated ocean front pools, 24-hour security, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, exercise room, a sauna and private steam rooms. Walk to 5 local restaurants with outdoor seating options. Balcony bedroom has a Tempur-Pedic king size bed and private bath. The split floor plan hosts a second bedroom, with attached bathroom hosting a queen Tempur-Pedic and a twin bunk bed.

    *Rental restrictions apply. Condo Association Lease Agreement must be filled out and returned at least 7 days before your check-in date. We complete the agreement and send to you via DocuSign for your e-signatures. We cover the fee as well.

    Get to Know the Area!
    Sand Key is a peaceful paradise nestled about two miles south of Clearwater Beach and famous Pier 60. It is known for its sugary white sand, pristine emerald water, terrific shelling, and fabulous restaurants. This community is ideally located and close to literally everything ... downtown Clearwater & Largo, restaurants, airports, grocery stores, shopping, ball games, aquariums, museums, kayaking areas, bird sanctuaries, shelling beaches, miniature golf, golf courses and theme parks. It is also within walking distance of wonderful restaurants, Sand Key Park, and shopping. Experience the surrounding towns by hopping on the Jolley Trolley and enjoying the many sights and activities known to the area.

We loved the private beach,all the beach amenities( chairs, towels etc) felt safe. The mattress were amazing. Would definitely stay there again.

This condo is Amazing....Great location in quiet area and feels like you are on a private beach. Centrally located with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Highly recommend to all and will most likely be back again ourselves.

First time ever staying in Clearwater. This was the perfect place to stay. The condo was super nice and the owners were extremely easy to communicate with. Would most definitely stay here again!

Was absolutely amazing… such a beautiful condo. Well taken care of. Bed was very comfortable. Close to a lot of great restaurants. The owners were very prompt at responding and very helpful.. Hope to rent from them again!

Perfect Spot

This was one of my favorite vacation spots! The parking and beach access were amazing. The pool and other amenities were clean and readily available. We were close enough to battle the crowds at Clearwater beach, but far enough to remain in peace and quiet. Thank you Larry and Becky!

Great location on beautiful quiet beach

The complex is very nice and kept very clean. The condo was wonderful, with everything you need. The master bed was very comfortable as was the living room furniture. The location gcouldnt be better.

This condo has a spectacular view, the complex has nice amenities (pool and exercise room), the kitchen is well-stocked, and the owners are very accommodating and a pleasure to work with.

Great Family Vacation Spot!

Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations! The condo was clean and had everything we wanted, including a nice pool, easy access to the beach, and plenty of things to do nearby. A truly great experience for everyone in the family. We will definitely be making a return trip!

Perfect location in Sand Key. Great condo with unbelievable view and amenities. Close to restaurants and Clearwater. The Tate’s were very easy to work with.

Perfect Beachfront Condo

Between what Mother Nature provided and the owners supplied you could not ask for a better place to stay. Becky was constantly in touch with us to ensure everything was perfect. The condo was clean, spacious and well appointed. The beds were heavenly. I look forward to returning!

The condo was excellent - just as advertised, and the landlords were terrific - very helpful!

We enjoyed family vacation with our three teenagers at this location, and it was excellent!!! The area was great with lots to do, the condo and building had great amenities, great views, and the beach was terrific. The landlords were very helpful and communicative. Overall awesome family vacation at this location! We’d rent again without hesitation!

Great unit and wonderful complex!

My wife and I spent several days in this unit. It is well equipped, and the property manager was prompt to respond to questions or concerns. We will definitely consider staying here again for future trips to the area.

Relaxing vacation

The beach was clean and quiet. It was never crowded- plenty of room to play, walk and hunt for shells! Property was clean and well maintained. Sand Key is a wonderful area to relax and enjoy the ocean. Short walk or drive to Clearwater Beach.
