*Please note that Vista Verde North Condo Association requires a background check for all occupants 18 years of age or older. The background check will be paid by me (the owner). *Renovations are happening on the outside of all the buildings in Vista Verde North. As of August 2026, they have started working on our building which is #4. Scaffolding is on the back of the building so windows and patio door are covered. Construction should take about 2 months. Since we are on the first floor, it will not affect us in terms of balcony and stairs, back patio cannot be used. Entry to the condo may be needed for drywall repairs, etc. Your privacy will be respected and you will be informed if needed to enter condo.
