Palmhouse Rentals would like to welcome you to our spacious, well-maintained second-floor, two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo in the heart of Clearwater Beach. This ocean-side view condo is just 30 steps from the country's #1-rated beach and within a three-minute walk of top restaurants and shopping. Clearwater Beach is known for its beautiful beaches, delicious restaurants, and lively nightlife. We have made every effort to make this condo feel like a home away from home. We hope you have a wonderful time in our paradise.

My family of 6 enjoyed our stay here. Great location! Hit all the must have’s for us. Clean. Close to the beach. Comfy. Quiet. The area of the beach was not crowded at all! Off the beaten path just enough to relax without crowds. They have a storage closet with every beach accessory imaginable so we didn’t have to buy anything. Chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, coolers etc Accommodated every family member from parents down to our 9 year old.

Great memories

Me and my family enjoyed staying here, the property was great, clean, very home like. Close to the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The kids loved the pool, and that you had beach umbrellas, toys, and other items available to use. I will definitely stay here again and will tell my friends and family about the property.

April Family Vacation

We had a great time and the accommodations were perfect for our family of 5. The proximity to the beach and amenities in the condo made it easy to pop back and forth from the beach for refills on snacks and drinks. Having access to beach gear was also really helpful. If all we packed was our swimming suits we would have been set for vacation with everything included in the rental. The washer and dryer was a game changer for our family as well. The unit was steps away from the beach and minutes walk to shops and the pier. It was close enough to walk everywhere but far enough away to avoid the noise. Karina was also really responsive to questions we had. We can't wait to go back.

Wonderful experience!

This property is exactly as described - just steps away from the beach, wonderfully decorated, and very comfortable. We used the included beach chairs just once during our stay but they were a nice additional amenity. The unit was very clean and felt updated. We really enjoyed being just a few short blocks down from Pier 60 to avoid the heavy crowds. The municipal tennis courts were only a couple blocks away as were Palm Pavillion and Frenchys which we always stop at when we visit. We didn’t have any issues during our stay but management was actively engaged with us to be sure our stay was enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property

Good location, very close to beach

Place was as described, very clean, lots of space for us. Very close to beach, beach cart, towels, umbrellas and chairs were all available for use. First night there we had an issue with water pouring into the kitchen ceiling from the above unit. Manager and maintenance came out late evening to assess, turned out a hose from the washing machine above us came off . 2 days later maintenance just walked into our unit unannounced while we were there . The last night there we were locked out because the door randomly would not accept our code. Called management and had to have it remotely reset, took about 20-25 minutes. Through all the issues we had management was very pleasant to deal with and communication was quick

Excellent Clearwater Beach Stay

Perfect size for a family. The terrace with ocean view is a nice bonus. The proximity to the beach is amazing. And if you get tired of the beach the on property pool is a great change. Only downside was the air conditioning temperature at night.

Beautiful beach community stay

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Glendale St condo. The location is perfect being near the beach and within walking distance to great family friendly restaurants and bars. We look forward to staying again soon.

Perfect beach location- clean & quiet getaway

The condo was so close to the beach and just a nice long walk into town! The rooms are just as described and very clean. The property manager was easy to reach, quick to respond and professional. Our group of 6 ladies enjoyed the pool, the beach, and all the access to shops and restaurants. Two things would make this a perfect place to stay again. Comfortable chairs to enjoy the balcony and a few good beach chairs (the kind you put right in the sand and water). There were only three beach chairs and one was broken. We did have to wait for the beach chairs to be brought back (about an hour and a half) as the storage unit and items were shared with other guests-we were not aware of this. We also asked for a later checkout to coordinate with our flight and the cleaning crew showed up just before the noon time as listed in our agreement. The crew ate their lunch and used the kitchen to heat up food while we were there (we didn't mind) it was a bit awkward. The grounds are constantly being maintained and the complex was very quiet. We would absolutely stay here again!
