We had a wonderful stay! The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The location couldn’t be better, close to everything, yet peaceful and the beach was absolutely beautiful. We had plenty of room to relax, and everything felt convenient and well taken care of. Highly recommend!

Loud banging and drilling for 1 complete week of our stay forced us to leave the unit daily. Arrived at unit to find cashew nuts in living room. Living room needs better lighting.Both bathrooms need upgrades. I have booked another unit thru VRBO for next year. Some financial compensation for the construction issue would be appreciated.

Beautiful condo and location.A little hiccup on my part entering the condo but Ken and Ellen answered my call right away and my wonderful stay at Indian Shores began. Amazing property with amazing views!

Ken and Ellen are wonderful hosts. They were very responsive with the booking and helpful with questions during our stay. The property is gorgeous and very clean. The view was outstanding, and directly overlooking the beach. I would definitely work with them again in the future.

Wonderful Vacation Spot

Our condo was in great condition, the view was breathtaking, and the beach was not crowded and very enjoyable. The deck area was perfect! We also saw dolphins every morning which was a highlight of our trip. We do plan to visit again in the future. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot to spend the week with our family!

This property was everything that the rest of the reviews say and more! This place Is huge, right on the beach, beautiful views, Nearly everything included that made it so easy on us. The owners were phenomenal to work with and we will 1000% be coming back to stay here again!!! 10 stars!!!!!!

Great time as always!

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo and love it! Very clean and literally steps from the beach. We saw dolphins several days while relaxing on the patio. The owners, Ken and Ellen, couldn't be more friendly to work with and everything you need is in the condo. Looking forward to our next visit!!

Excellent Owners!

The owners and maintenance staff were excellent and accommodating. We actually rode out Hurricane Helene here! The storm surge was a record for this area. The owner even had daughter bring us food when island was restricted travel! TY We are looking forward to re-booking as soon as possible!

This condo delivered just as promised! Clean, great view, comfortable beds and furniture. We four adults appreciated having three large beds. Covered parking is a plus. Everything worked as it should. We would return.

Very nice third floor condo steps away from the beach beautiful Gulf views. Nice floorplan for entertaining with open plant kitchen dining entertainment area. Clean, well organized and thought out. Management company was flexible on checkout time which we appreciate it.

A Great Week on Indian Shores

Location, Location, Location!! This is a very nice property on one of our favorite areas of Gulf Blvd. Everything we needed for a week on the beach or a day at the pool was there! Located close to our favorite restaurants, grocers, and shops....we had an excellent stay. Ken and Ellen are excellent with communication and always responded. We look forward to future contact and thank them for trusting us in their property. Thank you!

Perfect Week Getaway!

My husband and two daughters wanted to get away for a week to unwind after the crazy year. The condo was so perfect for us. We wanted to spend time away from big groups of people and the beach was perfect for that. We also did some hiking and outdoor explorations. The location was so close to everything - less than a half an hour away for us. The condo was the perfect size and everything we needed was there. We mostly sat outside on the balcony overlooking the ocean. The sunsets were out of this world and we saw dolphins swim by. We hated to leave but we cannot wait to return next year!
