Free on-street parking is easy, and the area’s lined with walkable blocks and palms—classic St. Pete.

Parking: Free on-street parking out front; easy load-in/out.

Bikes: Hop on the Pinellas Trail right next to the house—paved routes to parks, cafes, and downtown corridors. 6 cruiser bikes included (pump in shed).

Rideshare: Uber/Lyft are fast and plentiful here.

A local team can assist in person for essentials (lockouts, maintenance). We never arrive unannounced; any scheduled yard/service visits are communicated in advance.
