Aspectos positivos: Limpieza, llegada y ubicación
The condo was clean & it was close to the beach. The views all face the road so no beach view. There was really nothing supplied. We had like 3 rolls of TP & 2 dishwasher pods provided. Not even salt & pepper were supplied. So we spend alot on things that in our past stays were included. Ice Maker didnt work so had to buy ice alot. Also no beach towels provided which is a bummer. No vacuum, just a handheld one so sand is hard to get up. Had to go pickup & drop off keys, so no simple keypad entry. There is 1 elevator but building isn't too big. We hated that you have to have a key to get in the door to access the elevator or stairs. We are a family of 6 & there are 2 keys so it was inconvenient. The couches didn't fold out (I thought they did but should have asked). No cable for rainy days but they do have places to plug in games or firesticks, etc. It was pretty close to Johns Pass which was nice. The pool is small but was fairly clean. We did love the free beach chairs out front provided for everyone by the condo. Overall it was clean & decent but for what we paid, I expected more. It just seems way overpriced, especially with so few things provided. It seems to be a new rental so maybe in time that will change.
