Located on the 4th floor and with plenty of space and an open floor plan.

The living area features comfortable sofas with one as a Sleeper sofa, flat screen TV and best of all Gulf views.

Sea Gem condo has a beautiful updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and white clean cabinets. The kitchen is open and fully equipped with everything you need for your vacation.

Adjacent to the kitchen, you will find the dining area which seats 6 guests comfortably.

You will have access to the most spectacular views from both the Primary bedroom and the living room which share a large balcony overlooking the Gulf.

The Primary bedroom has a King bed with Gulf views and a bathroom with a shower.

The second bedroom has 2 Queen beds. The third bedroom has a Queen bed. Both bedrooms share a hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo. All bedrooms have TVs.

With all of the amenities from home, you will never want your vacation to end.

The building features a large heated pool, Jacuzzi, and bbq area! Walk on the beach or check out the local shops and restaurants.

Indian Shores is just a 10-minute ride on the beach trolley to John's Pass Village, a large marina, shopping and dining complex that offers a variety of water sports rentals, casino boats and dolphin-watching or sunset cruises. Ten minutes to the north, you'll find another marina and a variety of shops and restaurants at Clearwater Beach, also home to the Clearwater Aquarium.

This property allows 1 pet - if approved there is a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 + taxes.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.
