11-13-2025 update: County Beach Restoration Project to start sometime within the next 7 days, during which the County will be adding sand and re-grading.
11-6-2025 update: Sunset Vistas association is currently painting the buildings exterior, and grinding walkways. There will be workmen on site and scaffolding erected, and it will likely be noisy during the daytime. For this 6th floor South building, work will be completed, provided the vendor stays on schedule, by the 13th of November 2025.

PENTHOUSE UNIT! Gulf and Beach View, Top Floor, 2/2 on Beach, sleeps 6! Sunset Vistas is a beautiful beachfront resort in Treasure Island that features many guest amenities to make your vacation a very special time! This 2-bedroom 2 bath Beachfront condo sleeps 6 and has a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico and beach from inside the unit. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils for cooking and preparing your food. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. The master bedroom has a King Bed with bathroom ensuite, the guest room has a Queen Bed, with the second bath off of the living area. The living room has a Queen-sized pull-out sofa bed for the 5th and 6th guests. (surcharge for 5th and 6th guest). Sunset Vistas amenities include an adult pool and a kiddie pool, 2 hot tubs, an onsite Cafe, a pool/beach Bar, an onsite gym, an office workstation, and a ping pong table, but, of course, the best part is that you will be staying directly on Treasure Island Beach, named one of the nicest Beaches in the World! The main pool is geo-thermal heated. Johns Pass Village & Boardwalk is a mile away, and Splash Harbour Water Park is a 9-mile drive.

Guests enjoy a host of resort amenities, such as a large private resort pool, whirlpool spas, and a children's pool. You'll have access to the fitness center, the tropical courtyard, and one (1) reserved parking place (parking pass to be put on dashboard). Parking is covered and located entirely under building cover. Sorry, we cannot help with parking for any additional vehicles, however, check with the front desk, and they may possibly issue a parking pass for an additional car, however this is not guaranteed.

Toiletries/Essentials - The items below are meant to serve as a START-UP to your stay.

To help you settle in comfortably, we will provide the following essentials:
Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
One roll of paper towels
Hand soap at each sink
Dish soap
A few trash bags for each trash can
A few laundry sheets
Dish detergent and sponge
Ground coffee or coffee pods
Dish towel(s)
In addition, we will provide one full set of bath towels and one beach towel per person, based on the number of guests the home or condo accommodates.

Please note: We do not provide extra supplies during your stay, regardless of its duration. Some of the main items that we DO NOT provide are shampoo, body wash, conditioner, tissues, oils, spices (salt, pepper, etc.), coffee filters, cream or sugar, tin foil.

IMPORTANT: IF YOU BOOK THIS UNIT, YET ARE HAVING ANOTHER PARTY MAKE PAYMENT, YOU WILL NEED TO ADD THE EMAIL ADDRESS OF THE PAYER ONTO THE BOOKING, AND THE PAYER WILL NEED TO E-SIGN OUR RENTAL AGREEMENT. ONLY THE PERSON WHO PAYS IS AUTHORIZED TO E-SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT.

Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change.

TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED. THERE IS A NO REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY WITHIN 60 DAYS OF CHECK-IN. THIS INCLUDES NO REFUNDS DUE TO HEALTH CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WEATHER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WATER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING COLD WATER OR RED TIDE, OR TRANSPORTATION OR ROAD CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS. A CHANGE IN YOUR BOOKING DATE MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE OR ALLOWED, HOWEVER, SHOULD A DATE CHANGE BE ALLOWED BY THE OWNER, BOOKING DATE CHANGES WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $50 CHARGE FOR EACH DATE CHANGE. Should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30. Check in is any time after 4PM. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures.

Please understand what can come with the potential aftermath of a Hurricane. There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences and will not be making anyone the exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th.

EARLY CHECK-IN: Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding!

We require the payer of the booking to sign our rental agreement, which insures the guest instructions will auto-send at 3PM on the day of arrival.

Garage clearance is 6ft 8inches. If you have a vehicle that is taller than that 6'8'', you will need to try to find an open "guest parking" spot which are super limited. Sorry to say that we cannot help you with parking if your vehicle cannot clear 6'8''.

MAIL: SORRY, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET YOUR MAIL DELIVERED, AS THIS IS A VACATION RENTAL. SHOULD YOU NEED YOUR MAIL DELIVERED DURING YOUR STAY, WE RECOMMEND PURCHASING A P.O. BOX LOCALLY.

On your check-out day, please move your vehicle from the assigned parking spot, as the cleaner will need the spot.

There is a County Beach nourishment project to include placing additional sand on the beaches of Sand Key (Clearwater Beach to Belleair Beach and Indian Rocks Beach to North Redington Beach), Treasure Island and Upham Beach, however they do this in small stages, thus, beach use will be available on either side of the beach area that they are working on.

Clean and great location.

We really enjoyed staying here. It was clean, fairly quiet considering it was spring break. Right on the beach and the beach wasn’t super crowded. The condo was clean. Had a full kitchen- Keurig, dishwasher, washer, dryer. Had beach chairs and beach toys. That was a plus not having to buy those things. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Family vacation

This was our first time at Sunset Vistas ... we loved the location, beach access, and hot tubs for cooler evenings! Communication with the host was quick and this unit is described well! We liked having beach chairs available (there wasn't a cooler as described but we bought one and left it for future renters). Our family loved the area and walking distance to Johns Pass. Along with a quick drive to pickleball! Thanks for the home away from home!!!

Great stay for new parents

We were two adults and one child under one year. This apartment is great for small crawlers - it’s very clean, and they have ample safe space to crawl around. It was great to have the pack n play provided as well as the beach towels and beach toys/chairs. We didn’t use the beach items much, but it was nice to know they were there if we wanted. The place is a 2 minute drive from multiple restaurants, and we enjoyed the splash pad and pool onsite. The water was a little cold, but on warm days the splash pad was warm enough for our 1 year old to play for a little while. Hosts answered questions very fast, and we enjoyed our stay. We would stay again!

607S Sunset Vista

We have stayed at this property four times and this is the first time we did not go through the property management company. Unfortunately we were disappointed to find some unexpected guests, better known as palmetto bugs, also booked the same unit. All kidding aside the unit needs a good cleaning, I understand it’s Florida and bugs are inevitable but to see multiple ones in a matter of two days is not acceptable. Needless to say, we will be staying at another resort next year.

A small piece of paradise!

We were absolutely thrilled with the location on one of the most beautiful beaches. The unit was clean and well supplied with everything we needed. Perfect for a Girls Weekend!

I booked this property for a girls/moms weekend away and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. The apartment was clean, cold, comfortable and well stocked for all of our needs. While we didn’t cook in the apartment we had everything we needed in the kitchen- and the refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water was definitely a plus for us! the beds were extremely comfortable- but I do want to note that you could hear everyone walking by or waiting for the elevator in the room nearest the front door. Luckily we were four overtired and exhausted moms so we slept through the noise! The master bedroom was silent at night and the bed was very comfortable. As noted- it was a short walk right on to the beach and the hosts provided extra towels, beach chairs, and a small foam cooler for our use. It was also really nice to have a washer and dryer available! We didn’t use the washer but we threw our towels and coverups in the dryer to get them dry quickly before the next outing. The view from the balcony was nice as well, it was great to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee while overlooking the waves in the morning. The location is fantastic as it is within a one mile walking distance to John’s Pass and several restaurants and little shops- saving you the fee to park! There’s also an awesome little ice cream shop right at the base of the complex that was so quick and convenient to visit. I would absolutely recommend and will most likely book again with my family in the future!

Great location on treasure island

Location and view was wonderful, the walk to the beach was short and easy! The pool on site was huge & comfortable! On rainy days, the boardwalk nearby is a great spot. Waffle House is walking distance too (big hit for my kids haha). We over crowded ourselves so I would advise one small family in the condo. Although they have 3 bed options it wa a bit tight for teenagers. Otherwise wonderful views and beautiful condo! Kitchen & dining room is spacious. They provided beach chairs and towels too! Cant wait to go back.

Nice place! Good location

The place itself is as described, is clean, and the property itself is great (pool, right on the beach, great views, etc). They have beach chairs and toys, and plenty of kitchen items to make your stay enjoyable. A few things would really make a difference in here though that I feel like would be nice to know for guests looking to book - It's right off the elevator/trash chute, so the 2nd bedroom has a lot of foot traffic/noise. This didn't make a difference to my kids, but we could hear trash being dropped in the master. If you're a light sleeper you may not like this. There's little to no counter space or place to put your things in the bathrooms. A shelf and hooks for your wet towels would go a long way. The linens are just a mismatch of very cheap towels, pillows, blankets, sheets, etc. Like someone cleaned out an old cupboard. Even a cheap hotel has better quality towels. Small details like this matter in my opinion when you're paying $500/night. I would still stay here again because of all the other amenities.

Our stay was perfect. Beautiful condo, wonderful beach view and beach. The Cafe food and service excellent. We totally enjoyed our stay. Beach chairs at our disposal were comfortable and much appreciated. Although didn't need since brought own, coffee and needs for that morning jolt was provided and nice. The whole unit very clean including utensils, pans and glassware. Convenient parking spot to elevator. A true 5 ⭐ accomodation. Highly recommend and will book in future.

Overall very good

Is on the 6th/top floor with a great view of the beach. Nice hot tub and easy access to the beach. The second bedroom, not the master, is right on the hallway opposite the elevator. Can hear the elevator and passengers and on a Saturday night was busy until well after midnight. Use a sound app to block it out. Had a problem with the cable not working. The property manager was quick to respond.

Great, small condo on the beach

Great condo on the beach. The rooms and living area were smaller than we expected, but the kitchen is large enough for a dance party. It was perfect for 4 friends and a getaway weekend. **Bring your own laundry pods if you plan to do laundry. Only 1 was provided.** See Ally at the bar on the first floor near the beach access and pools — she was the highlight!
