The Space

Spacious one bedroom queen bed suite with big walk in closet 42" TV, a queen sofabed, 100Mbps wifi, and 60" flat screen TV, laundry, located within the gated community, Avalon at Clearwater. Ground floor location means no stairs to climb!

Guest Access

Fantastic amenities include a gorgeous heated resort style swimming pool, fitness center, and elegant clubhouse. In unit, WIFI, laundry.

We are available to help throughout the day by phone or text.

The Neighborhood

The apartment complex itself is quiet and private with gated security. It has a HUGE resort style pool that is rarely crowded and great for families. The fitness room is open 24/7. The complex provides a club house with a TV and kitchen for relaxation when at the pool. It is located across from a shopping center that includes a PUBLIX supermarket. Restaurants like Abe's, are within walking distance. There are also fast food restaurants such as Wendy's, McDonald's, Papa John's, Dunkin Donuts, and Chinese Food. The complex is only 3 miles away from beautiful CLEARWATER BEACH which has been consistently and constantly rated as one of the BEST BEACHES in America. The condo includes free wifi high speed 100 mbps Internet. It is conveniently close toTampa, Dunedin, St. Petersburg, and Tarpon Springs, areas of Florida which have lots of attractions, and history. Guests enjoy long sunny days at the beautiful beaches or by the heated pool. They can also take a 90 minute drive to the Orlando Theme Parks like Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld.

Getting Around

Clearwater Plaza, with Publix Supermarket, is just across the street. Condo is located a few minutes(3 miles) from the famous beaches and 30 minutes(18 miles) from downtown St Petersburg and Tampa Airport, 10 minutes(4 miles) from Florida Auto Exchange Stadium (Toronto Blue Jays spring training home), and 10 minutes(5 miles) from Bright House Field (Phillies spring training home) by car. Bus 18 stops outside the complex.

Other Things to Note

Avalon at Clearwater is a complex of 3 story condominiums. None of the buildings have elevators. Our Ground floor condo is ideal for individuals with mobility issues.

Nice place

Our stay for the week was awesome. We spent a lot of time around the pool relaxing and playing board games. Enjoyed visits from my partners family who live nearby. Visited Tarpon Springs and Hard Rock Hotel/Casino. Weather was great except for rain on Tuesday night.

Wonderful place for vacation

It was an excellent experience for two weeks of vacation. Hosts were friendly, prompt with responses, and very accommodating. Pool was fantastic. Shade for parking spaces in close proximity to front door. Shopping plaza across the highway was very convenient for groceries and incidentals. Highly recommend this property and owners. I would rent again without hesitation. Thanks for a great stay!

Great little condo near everything

Lovely little one bedroom condo on first floor in a quiet complex with a nice warm and quite large pool. Owners were very responsive (even when I asked simple questions) and friendly. Would definitely stay again. Thanks so much for a wonderful two weeks.

It wasnt complicated at all. I stayed for 8 nights and got to come and go as i pleased. I also had my family over for dinner since i had a kitchen to cook in and a dining room table to sit at. My daughter enjoyed the pool and made friends everytime we went to it. It was open and quite. Had a nice home feel to it and didnt feel so much like a hotel. I will definetly be staying again when we return.

The instructions provided by Gary prior to our arrival were complete and easy to understand. We found the condo to be clean and well equipped for our month long stay. His description of the property on HomeAway was accurate. The bed was comfortable and having a washer and dryer in the unit was a real bonus. We also liked the fact that we were close to some good restaurants and a grocery store was right across the street. We are looking forward to renting Gary’s property on our future visits to Florida. Great place for our long stay! Centrally located to the beaches, towns, restaurants, and activities in the area. If you like a firm mattress, the beds are fantastic. Nice showers. Beautiful pool. Owners are very accommodating, and answer your questions quickly. We will be back!

Perfect Spot !

Une belle location située dans une résidence bien au calme le tout à seulement 5 km de la superbe plage de Clearwater En face de la résidence on peut trouver un supermarché Publix ainsi que quelques outlets vraiment sympa. Anastasio and Gary's Condo

We so enjoyed our stay here. Just what we needed. Beautiful, private setting. Hardwood floors, immaculately clean, comfortable, 2 large TV's, fully equipped kitchen. Lovely pool, close to beaches and restaurants but far enough away to have some peace and quiet. Able to walk to a few stores and restaurants from the unit. Found some nice parks and nature preserves to hike or bike. People were friendly and laid back. We had a great time. Would definitely recommend for a quiet respite from the daily grind.

Great ground floor Condo!!!

Great Condo!!! Excellent accommodations with all the amenities of Home. The grounds were well kept and the Pool would be great use for the whole Family.
