Whether you're looking for a weekend getaway, a vacation, or an extended stay, this is the perfect place! With room for up to 6 guests, the airy semi-open floor plan features a full kitchen, comfortable living room, huge windows, and city views. This state-of-the-art loft is designed to give you an upscale and vibrant Retro City Street Vibe. Our place is a 3-minute walk to the new soccer stadium, located between all major attractions and surrounded by AMAZING restaurants!


* Important Information for Guests

This space is a GROWN and SEXY Clubhouse for ADULTS! It is not recommended for small children. The unit is not childproof, and guests booking with children do so at their own risk. Any damages will be the guest’s responsibility. Please message me before booking if you have any questions about safety or accommodations.



* Sleeping Arrangements – Open Loft Floor Plan

This one-bedroom, open-concept loft can accommodate up to 6 guests:

• 1 Queen Bed (Sleeps 2)

• 1 Futon in front corridor (considered a 2nd bedroom with a privacy divider) – Sleeps 1

• 2 Futons in living room – Each sleeps 1

• 1 Twin-Size Roller Bed – Sleeps 1


Total Capacity: 6 Guests



* Pricing & Extra Guest Fees

• The base price includes 2 guests.

• Each additional guest (over 2) is $25 per night.

• Example: If 4 guests total stay for 3 nights → 2 extra guests x $25 x 3 nights = $150

This fee helps cover the extra cleaning, additional linen use, and overall accommodation needs that come with hosting more guests.

Please make sure to include all guests on your reservation, including children, for liability and insurance purposes. Guest count will be confirmed, and if needed, we will update the reservation and send a request for any additional guest fees.
