Designed to balance privacy with togetherness, this single-level coastal home wraps in a U-shape around a central garden, creating a peaceful retreat just moments from the shoreline. The main living zone offers a comfortable place to unwind with generous seating, a TV, a fireplace and split-system heating and cooling for year-round comfort. From here, step onto the sun-drenched deck, where the stillness of the garden sets the scene for morning coffee in the fresh air, long lunches outdoors and quiet evenings unwinding after time by the coast.

The kitchen is set up for simple holiday cooking, with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and everyday cooking basics. Gather around the dining table to share meals, linger over conversation and settle into the slower rhythm of coastal living.

All four bedrooms are set along the corridor, giving each guest their own sense of space and quiet at the end of the day. The primary bedroom offers a king bed and an ensuite, creating a calm place to retreat, while the additional bedrooms each feature queen beds and a relaxed, restful feel. The main bathroom includes a bathtub for a slow unwind, and the outdoor shower makes rinsing off after sandy beach days simple and refreshing.

A private laundry with a washing machine and dryer adds everyday ease, while two driveway parking spaces and free street parking make coming and going simple. Most rooms open directly onto the central garden, creating an easy indoor-outdoor flow and allowing you to step outside and enjoy the fresh coastal air throughout the home. St Leonards Beach and its iconic pier are just a seven-minute drive away, ideal for fishing, snorkelling and taking in soft sunset views across the bay.

Just two minutes by car, Swan Bay at Edwards Point Wildlife Reserve opens up to peaceful nature walks, birdwatching and ever-changing coastal scenery, including the 3.37 km Edwards Point loop winding through coastal woodland and salt marshes. St Leonards Golf Club is also a ten-minute drive for an easy round, while the surrounding Bellarine region invites you to explore wineries, seaside towns and laid-back dining at your own pace.
