"列車の遅延で21時到着の予定が翌日の朝5時に到着したにもかかわらず、あたたかく迎えていただきました。"

"fairly clean and and promt service and central location connected by Metro from Airport"

"Average"

"El sitio bastante sucio. Habíamos reservado habitación con cama doble y al llegar nos dijeron que nos habían guardado de dos camas individuales, que si queríamos la de matrimonio teníamos qie pagar un plus. "

"The cleanliness was good. The only slight letdown was the food and breakfast, which was just average and could use some improvement. Despite the food, I had a very comfortable stay and would recommend it, especially for the prime location and quality of the property"

"They only had a buffet option for breakfast"

"the staff was helpful. there was a small issue with the water heating system for which it took some time for them to fix and it led to us missing our breakfast. also, outside food is not allowed in this hotel, which should be changed because during kitchen's non-operational hours, the guests are on their own to manage food. "

" Staff was very helpful. The condition of the room was poor. Uncomfortable bed no landline phone, tv wasn’t working. Even the bucket in the bathroom was leaking. "

"The best hotel of our trip! People really nice and always smiling! Thanks for having us "

"It was nice"

"Nice room and cooperative staff "

"They really don't care anyone coming with online booking. No towels no water for drinking, nothing in room."

"I booked the property through Expedia and paid a non-refundable room charges on 1st Aug 2022. When I arrived at the hotel to check-in, they told me we have received no voucher from Expedia. The front office staff said, we have removed our listing on Expedia and not sure why it's still appearing there and allowing people to book our rooms. I WANT MY NON-REFUNDABLE CHARGES BACK. WHOEVER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS MESS I DON'T CARE. JUST REFUND THE ROOM CHARGES WHICH I PAID."

"I don’t understand why they charge us extra for 3 days breakfast. Hotel.com had already collected money. But service is excellent. Those boys are outstanding."
