Now you can have it all - private pool villa and use of the owner's Ford Bronco (with verified insurance transfer and damage / fuel deposit paid) with the convenience of a single booking. Worried about power outages? Not at Peachy! While other homes may leave you in the dark, we'll have you shining bright with our new solar roof and three backup batteries.

Nestled on the mountainside of Gifft Hill, this charming St. John home will give your group peace and comfort away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Relax on the wrap-around porch and watch the sunset over Pilsbury Sound, listen to the Coqui frogs, enjoy visits from local iguanas and lounge on the newly updated pool deck while you unwind from your day of adventure. The nightlife of Cruz Bay is less than ten minutes away, and the National Park Beaches are about fifteen minutes. Close enough to all of the tourist action, but you won't have to sacrifice peace and comfort for proximity. The amazing views and evening entertainment of the Windmill Bar are also just five minutes away.

This unique space offers a main home level with two bedrooms, living room, full kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms, and a dreamy wrap around porch, as well as a separate lower story apartment with a separate entrance, kitchen, bathroom and private deck. Just Peachy offers the perfect solution for a group of travelers or larger families who would like to share their vacation while also maintaining personal space. Effective for bookings made on or after 01/10/2024, the booking now includes use of our 2022 Ford Bronco (with approved insurance transfer and deposit - must replace fuel).

If you want to stay in a villa that has a true island feel, Just Peachy is your villa. The villa was clean on arrival and had all the basics you would need for your stay. The air conditioning took a little getting use to, thankful for the fans that were provided as well. The Bronco that is available with villa is an extra bonus. We have stayed in St John 3 times and the location of the villa is convenient to town and beaches. We had a few hiccups along the way , but Melissa always responded promptly and took care of things.

Everything about the house was wonderful. The Bronco coming with the house was a huge bonus and very convenient that it came with parking in town. The space was cute and pefect for our group of six, including two kids. There were bags/chairs we could take to the beach which made beach visits even better. Definitely would stay here again!

St John won our hearts! Just Peachy made it great!

We stayed 3 nights. We loved St John. The property offered a Bronco, which was a great bonus. The property is homey and very cute. Loved having morning coffee on the balcony. Great great place!

Just Peachy is Just Perfect

Our group of six adults enjoyed a two night stay post charter in the BVI. Melissa and her team were quick to make sure we were well informed and everything was Just Peachy. The house is well supplied, pool is refreshing and use of their great Bronco with in town parking spot made everything super convenient

A Really Peachy Place!

We loved our stay at Just Peachy. The house and pool are so generously and graciously prepared for guests and the off and on island hosts were wonderful. The kitchen has every tool/appliance you need, cooking on the grill and in the main kitchen was a breeze. We had two couples in the main house, a younger couple and their two toddlers in the lower apartment. It was perfect. We made it to over 7 beaches for excellent snorkeling and three hikes to Honeymoon Bay, Waterlemon Cay and Ram’s Head. The pool was such a treat for a cool dip each afternoon. Early dinner at Skinny Legs always fun (didn’t want to drive in the dark and loved the early dinner 1/2 price drinks!). I could go on and on, looking forward to staying here again, when we come back to St. John!

What an amazing experience

Could not recommend this property more! It was perfect for three different couples, but would be just as perfect for a family with kids. The private pool was great to have, the included Bronco was awesome for getting around the island, and the host was more than accommodating! If we return to St John, we will absolutely be staying at this property again!

Truly Just Peachy!

Our stay last week was just perfect! We were celebrating my 60th birthday with my husband, our 3 adult daughters and two of their boyfriends, plenty of space for all. The house is set way up in the hills above Cruz Bay with wonderful views. All photos represent the property very well. Melissa, the host was wonderful as was her team in St. John. The house is decorated beautifully and equipped with everything we needed! Loved the patio and pool areas. We picked the jeep up right at the ferry dock which was really convenient, and then were able to use it after we checked out at 10am until we took the ferry back to St Thomas at 1 pm. I highly recommend this lovely property and would come back again in a second!

Christmas stay

For our Christmas vacation, This house and owner met most of the marks. We were met on island by someone other than the listed property manager, which was fine. We were given a very quick run through the house and left to it. Upon entry to the house, we were very pleased to find a full size Christmas tree was set up in the living room. That was a nice touch and much appreciated. The house overall is very nice. Tucked away on a hilltop, it feels very private. The pro's of the stay were that the house is well stocked with everything you may need to be comfortable while away from home, the use of the dinghy was great as long as you have experience on the water. We did not use the vehicle as we came with our own rental. Communication prior to our stay was great with all my questions promptly answered. The cons were when we entered the house and the lower apartment unit, we were hit with a very heavy mold/mildew smell as if the house had been closed up for some time. Im not sure if that's the nature of the property or if it was this particular instance, but it was rough on the respiratory system. I bought some Lysol air sanitizer and sprayed frequently. By the end of our short 3 night/4 day stay it was tolerable. The hot water was not working in the shower in the lower unit, which was not pleasant. We did not lose power at all during our stay, but lost wifi, and cell service is sketchy at best. Overall, we enjoyed our time on the island

Amazing Hideaway

We LOVED our stay at Just Peachy. Our arrival being met by Kim was wonderful. Communication was great and she gave us a thorough tour of the property and advice about what to do while on St John. We used the dinghy and went out to Lime Out and explored.the mangroves, had sunset drinks at the Windmill, and on Kim's advice had a great time at a local event. The Villa is beautiful, the pool was perfect , and the house is adorable. Thanks for a great way to unwind after our sailing trip. It was perfect.

A great family friendly house

We stayed three nights so it was brief yet we enjoyed every minute. Melissa was by far the best hostess I’ve experienced in terms of her willingness to go above and beyond with guidance and advice for first time visitors. Perfect vacation

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. My husband and I traveled with my two young adult children and three of their friends. Everyone had their own space. The house was well equipped with everything we needed to make us feel right at home. Would 10/10 stay there again. Our host was lovely and answered every question I had within minutes of sending messages. Highly recommend!!!

Family trip

This was our first time on St. John with our group of six and we had no idea what to expect. Just Peachy eased the learning curve.The use of the bronco and the dinghy for a half day really brought a complete vacation experience to the stay. We only stayed four nights and packed the whole trip with activities. Looking back I wish I had planned more time to enjoy the relaxing balcony view and spend time by the pool. The kitchen was well stocked, and we cooked large dinners several nights. This was a great way to save money and spend quality family time together. The house has a very convenient location close to the windmill bar, the sweet shack, Midway market, and Cruz Bay. ***Bonus the smart TV allowed us to watch the Super Bowl from the living room! The only recommendation I would make is replacing or upgrading the snorkel gear and beach chairs. I’m already missing the sunrise from the balcony and would book again in a heartbeat!

First visit to St. John

We enjoyed our stay at this home. The beds were comfortable and that is always a major plus for us. The convenience of renting their vehicle as an option was convenient and highly recommend it if you want to explore the island with flexibility. We spent most of our time outdoors but the home and accommodations were very comfortable. Location was great. The owner and property manager were awesome to work with. If you are looking for a convenient location, comfort and amenities offered by the owners then this place is as Peachy as it gets. Thank you Melissa for a wonderful stay and visit.

Christmas in St. John

Can not say enough good about our stay right down to the Christmas tree. House had everything we needed to be comfortable, relax and cook many meals together. Communication with owner and manager was excellent. House is centrally located with easy access to beaches, grocery and bars/restaurants. Available vehicle and dinghy day at Coral Bay were definitely bonuses that are most appreciated. We had an amazing family trip with memories for a lifetime.

Perfect 25th Anniversary Celebration

We had an spectacular time on St. John. The villa was perfect! It had everything we needed for our stay. It was clean, comfortable, and truly felt like home, and cannot beat the location. Melissa and Julianne were amazing to work with. Definitely will be looking to rebook again.

Beautiful home w/ Wonderful Owners

This home is a little off the beaten path, literally(!), but if you don't mind the driving challenge, it's a great location in the middle of the island, about 15-20 minutes to everywhere! The owners were also super cool and communicated well about some issues we experienced. Would def recommend!
