Only 5 mins to Cruz Bay, we explored all the surrounding neighborhoods on foot, gaining beautiful vantage points of the island around every corner. A few days of our week stay (July) were incredibly hot so the dipping pool and rooms with AC were key. "Our yearly visit to St. John was peaceful and pleasant. In This was our first stay on the East End and it was great. Communication from all parties involved prior, during and post stay were appreciated, especially during the storms and power outages. The house was fully supplied with all amenities listed, a pool with a view- just WOW! Thank you Ken for opening up your home to us and making it feel like home. It was truly appreciated!"

"The view is amazing!! The roads are just as described, you definitely need a Jeep to get up to the property, but worth it for the privacy and the beautiful scenery. You get comfortable with the roads and driveway fairly quick. We loved the location! The property is a bit more dated than the video makes it appear, but it is very spacious. "Great place for our family- it is a rough driveway as noted - but we had a jeep as recommended and this was no problem at all!!! We loved seeing the neighborhood goats, donkeys and roosters!!! once on top of driveway at the house the views and breeze were fantastic!!! Great pool. Everything was awesome. Great check in - we had a lovely greeting gift of fresh salads -) relaxed environment we loved our trip!!!"

"Cara Mia lived up to everything we expected. The house had 3 separate bedrooms that allowed privacy for our adult children. Would also be great for 3 couples. The view & breeze from the pool deck was amazing and the living area inside was comfortable for watching the Olympics or movie in the evening"

"My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at harbor lights, it had all the amenities we needed. The property is located on the queiter side of the island which we really enjoyed, however is still just a quick drive to the main beaches. Great restaurants near by in Coral Bay. We also loved the private pool in the afternoons. What a treat, we hope to be back again someday!"

"Alta Vista is an amazing property atop Bordeaux Mountain with views of Coral Bay and the BVI. Even after the island’s brush with the storm Ernesto, the property was clean and ready for visitors. The drive up the mountain is well worth the drive and the anxiety from such narrow lanes. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Sunrise. The property was clean and had all the amenities needed. You’re roughly 15 minutes from the beaches or Cruz Bay. Although the driveway looks steep it was easy to navigate and there’s enough room to park two small suvs. We rented a jeep for the week and had no issues getting around the island.
