Step in to one of St John`s, Newest luxury condos. Located in the heart of St John. Minutes from the night life, world class restaurants , and the beaches of Cruz Bay you will find yourself at the center of all that Cruz Bay has to offer. Once inside you will be greeted by the luxury that is Dolphin Suites, ranging from the spacious queen Temperpedic bed, rain fall shower to the high end kitchen. Let us take the stress out of planning contact our team to assist with all your vacation needs!
STEPS ARE REQUIRED

Dedicated parking for your stay! 3 minute walk to the heart of Cruz Bay!
We don`t have to many house rules but need to mention just a couple.
1. Please be attentive when sitting on the white furniture, Your feet can be very dirty from the beach or walking through town. please pay attention to small children on the furniture as well.
2. Parking is first come first serve and usually spots open up in a few minutes, please be patient.
3. There are 2 and a half flights of steps to access the units. We have an elevator in our plans but currently it only steps.

Great apartment

Nael was a great host. He promptly addressed our questions. The apartment is lovely and in an excellent location, walking distance to a supermarket, shopping and many restaurants. We would stay again.

Convenient but small and pricy.

The suite was situated in the center of Cruz Bay which allowed easy walking to restaurants and shopping. It was a recently renovated group rooms on top of and old building. Had to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get to our room. Might have been a newer owner because some basic necessities were missing i.e. shelf space and glasses in bathroom, instructions to use the TV, Sliding bathroom door would not stay closed. Cost over 1K for 2 nights

Misleading

The good: the place was spotless, well equipped, and conveniently located to town. The bad: the bed is listed as a king, but it may not even be a queen (could be a full). There’s a two story metal staircase that must be used to access all eight units. It is awful with luggage. The toilet seat was also broken. The communication with the host was not very good. Some of our messages were left unanswered (including those of our friends who stayed next to us).

Perfect spot to stay in Cruz Bay

Beautiful, clean, and quiet place with a nice view and great location. Descriptions and pictures were accurate. I would definitely look to come back and stay here again! One thing to note is you do need to climb a few stairs to get to the unit so be aware if you have heavy bags or limited mobility.

excellent spot in cruz bay

I stayed here for several days prior to joining a sailing trip in the BVI and this unit was excellent. The location is extremely convenient next to the Dolphin Market and just up from the ferry terminal. Restaurants were all < 2 minutes away on foot. The unit is in a building that is not impressive from the outside, but the interior is extremely nice and well kept. Cleanliness is not an issue at all. The apartment is small but perfectly proportioned and the amenities are excellent. Everything you need is here. The bathroom and kitchen are both very nice. The bed was extremely comfortable. Overall, this is a perfect little spot for a single or couple who wants to be able to walk to dinner and have a quiet, clean, nice place. There is no road noise. The AC works extremely well. I'm on island often and will recommend this unit to friends. I'll likely use again if I need a short stay. Great little spot!!

Great little couple getaway

We had a great stay. All of Cruz bay is within walking distance. We normally rent a vehicle and visit the whole island with the family but with just the two of us and only 3 days to play? We kept it local. The location was fresh and bright and clean (on the inside - don’t let the exterior deter you!).Kitchen was well stocked and towels were plush (the hubs is picky about towels!) Some pillow selection would be helpful (a thin one as some folks prefer that) and some shade on the bedroom window would also help. Otherwise? Perfect little spot. Oh and it can be louder at night because of proximity to town but it’s not a late night area - just know that going in. Loved it!

Central location; great spot for a couple

The condo is centrally located to Cruz Bay and a short walk to the cab stand. A grocery store is next to the condo. It is updated, with great A/C. This was a wonderful spot for a couple to stay who don’t want to rent a car. Be prepared to walk up a slight hill and some stairs, but that is to be expected. Overall we were very pleased!

Perfect for our girls getaway

Perfect for our best friend getaway. It was just the two of us and it was perfect for us. Conveniently within walking distance to the restaurants of Cruz Bay as well as the ferry and taxis. It was clean and updated. We enjoyed looking out on the Bay from the front windows and that the Dolphin Market was literally next door. Felt very safe and was very happy with our stay.

Great Location

The place was super clean (that is super rare) and we loved the location. Close to downtown Cruz Bay and only up one hill as opposed to other places on the island that were up multiple steep hills.

Updated Room in a Great location.

We were walking distance to all of the Cruz Bay establishments. This was my First time to St John and it didn’t disappoint. Rent a Jeep and drive around the island, the beaches are all beautiful and different.

Beautiful Place to stay in the heart of Cruz Bay!

It's tought where to start on our incredible stay! Kelly was an awesome point of contact for our stay with excellent communication and hospitality. He picked us up from the ferry terminal and brought us to the unit. Along the way, he gave us recommendations and made sure we were all settled and everything was perfect before departing! The place is absolutely gorgeous, just renovated with quality materials and a high attention to detail. Amazing views of the bay and just minutes from all the restaurants/bars that Cruz bay has to offer! Highly recommend staying here as we look forward to our next trip to St. John where we will be booking this location again!!
