Great place and easy walking distance to all bars/restaurants. Unfortunately food truck event with loud music til 2 AM took away from pleasure.

Great location and comfy stay

This location did not disappoint. Absolutely clean, matches the photos, and is so close to so many things in walking distance. Great little view of the water that’s only a few blocks away. Great communication with the host and easy transition to check in and check out. Would highly recommend and definitely will be coming back and staying at this location.

Potential but units need to be managed properly

We stayed on island for almost a week. Unit had potential but is very small. Too large of a bed platform that is unnecessary in a small room caused guests to run into bed and stub their toe. A bed frame would be better. No ceiling fans, only 4 drinking glasses for guests to use. Streaming TV does not allow for any US channels, only Middle Eastern/Indian channels. Biggest issue we had was owner was unresponsive. We had plumbing issues for our entire stay. Water was not coming out of bathroom sink in a normal flow, and the shower had no cold water, only scalding hot. Owner stated plumber was coming for four days straight and on follow up, no one ever came. Then stated something else in a text so basically lied to us. Someone finally came the night before we left and only was able to adjust the shower valve, bathroom sink was still broken. Friends who live on island state this gentleman has a very bad reputation in the business community. Couch and bed were comfortable but would not stay here again due to late check in, early check out and no response to owner on that, and especially lack of management to make sure unit is in working condition

Great Spot in Cruz Bay

This property is clean and convenient. It was perfect for my wife and I to explore Cruz Bay and explore the area. It is easily walkable from the ferry dock, shops, and restaurants.

Awesome

Great location! Absolutely loved sitting on the balcony watching the cars in the morning. So nice to be able to wash your clothes as needed. It’s a work in progress there will eventually be an elevator and more condos as of now there is stairs up to the condos for us middle aged it wasn’t bad but for older or kids it might be a lot. I will definitely stay here again. There is also a store right next to it which was great. Very close to the fairy , taxis and shops / restaurants. There is two ways to walk back one is a large hill if you go around and walk passed the tap and still bar and grill it’s much easier.

Units are exactly as pictures depict. Great location with Cruz Bay just steps away making it easy forgo renting a car. Highly recommend.

Very stylish and clean!

Very nice stylish place to stay. Loved the interior decorators taste. Convenient location. Would have been even nicer with a pool. I have two real complaints. The bath towels smelled sour and we had to wash them before use.Also the glass balcony is somewhat scary.

Just As Listing! Would love to stay again

Perfect spot for my wife and I! Easy to walk from ferry and throughout Cruz Bay; even with luggage. Pictures were exactly as the room was. Communication when on site was quick and clear. My wife and I would love to stay for a full week next time. Highly recommend

Excellent property, post hurricane renovation. Well designed, clean, with all comforts of home. Close to Cruz Bay ferry drop and several fun restaurants and bars. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect location

Stayed with my husband and teen kids. Easy walk from Cruz bay ferry - even with a ton of luggage in tow. Place is sleek and modern. Added plus is being right next to the market. Would def stay again.
