From its elevated position, Mor Glas enjoys sweeping sea views across Carbis Bay towards Godrevy Lighthouse. Its sleek, modern design is softened by natural textures, bespoke fittings, and a coastal-inspired palette, bringing warmth and relaxation into every corner. With its reverse-living layout, social spaces are placed on the upper floor to maximise the views, while restful bedrooms and a serene garden await below.
This exceptional holiday home is just a short walk to Carbis Bay Beach or a coastal stroll into St Ives, offering the best of both worlds—serenity and connection. Alternatively, enjoy a short but scenic train journey along the coast from Carbis Bay to the heart of St Ives, making exploration both effortless and unforgettable.

The showcase kitchen is fully equipped with Neff appliances, including a six-ring induction hob with built in extractor fan, single oven and combination microwave, American-style fridge freezer, coffee machine and dishwasher, all set against sleek quartz worktops. A large central island with bar seating makes the perfect spot for casual breakfasts or for drinks whilst cooking up a feast together. For more formal meals and celebrations together, the dining area comfortably seats eight beneath elegant lighting.

Mor Glas sleeps up to eight guests in four beautifully appointed bedrooms spread over two floors. On the first floor, a luxurious Master king-size en-suite bedroom enjoys sea views, dedicated vanity space and features a Smart TV media bed.
On the ground floor, two spacious double en-suite bedrooms and a serene twin room are styled with soft linens, Smart TVs, DAB radios and calming décor. A large family bathroom offers a freestanding oval bath, separate rainfall shower and high-end finishes, creating a spa-like space to refresh and relax.
Also on the ground floor is a Garden Study, offering a quiet escape with a corner sofa, sit-stand desk and chair – ideal for reading, working remotely, or morning yoga. Sliding doors open directly onto the sunny garden terrace, blending indoor and outdoor living.

Mor Glas is a reverse-level home
Please note that there are 11 steps down from the road level and private driveway down to the front door. With a landscaped lawn beside the steps.
There is one step down from the patio to the lawn in the rear garden.
The master bedroom is located on the first floor and fitted with a fire escape window leading onto the balcony.
Mor Glas has been built with an exterior spiral staircase from the first floor balcony, leading to the ground floor garden. Please ensure this escape is always kept free during your stay.
Due to the design of the interior wooden staircase with which has a turn point. Guests are asked to refrain from using stair gates against the glass panes on the stair case.
