Nestled along the serene shores of St Georges Basin, Absolute Waterfront offers a tranquil escape with breathtaking, uninterrupted water views and direct access to the basin’s glistening waters.

This spacious, split-level three-bedroom home is designed for relaxation and comfort. On the lower level, you'll find two cozy bedrooms, a large bathroom, and a sitting area perfect for unwinding. The upper level boasts a master bedroom with a private ensuite, along with an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, all showcasing stunning views of the water. Every evening, you'll be captivated by the vibrant sunsets that light up the horizon.

Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, where the sounds of local birdlife create a natural soundtrack, ideal for kicking back and soaking in the beauty of your surroundings. For boating enthusiasts, the nearby boat ramp offers easy access, allowing you to moor your boat just steps from the property.

Conveniently located, Absolute Waterfront is just a short stroll from the local café, IGA, bottle shop, chemist, and the charming Cooee Hotel.

Only minutes from the world famous Hyams Beach and the very special Booderee National Park, as well as the neighbouring towns of Vincentia and Huskisson where you can find many trendy cafes, restaurants, bars and boutique shopping.

Absolute Waterfront is the perfect retreat for those looking to unwind, explore, and create unforgettable memories by the water.

Blankets and pillows are provided for all beds and this property also provides linen. Linen is sheets, pillowcases, bath towels and bath mats. Maximum guests: 8 guests, Maximum adults: 8 adults. Bedding Configuration: Bedroom 1: King bed, Bedroom 2: Queen bed, Downstairs Bedroom 3: Two Queen beds.

Belle Escapes Jervis Bay offers privately owned homes in residential areas for the purpose of family holidays or a relaxing getaway. They are NOT for use as "party venues", No parties, schoolies, hen’s, buck’s, weddings, functions, commercial event or other style of event is to take place at the property. This property is surrounded by permanent residents and located in a quiet coastal area. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be asked to leave the property immediately. Offensive, loud or anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated, and such behaviour will result in immediate cancellation of your stay with no refund.

Excellent location. The property is set back from the road which gives a feel of seclusion. However there is no pathway to the entrance. This would be fine in dry weather but in the wet be prepared to slip and slide. There is only street parking. We had a couple of issues with cleanliness that the staff at Belle property fixed immediately. They were extremely pleasant to deal with & highly recommend them as agents. Overall it was a pleasant place to stay

Very enjoyable short stay

Great location, perfect for our little boat and kayaks. Very comfortable property with plenty of space for the family. Pleasantly surprised to find more amenities than what was listed, including ceiling fans in every room, and a great sound system. We loved walking to breakfast at the Pelican Cafe and dinner at the Cooee Hotel. Overall a wonderful, relaxed short stay. Definitely recommend it.

Perfect location for relaxation

Wow what a property! Right on the water perfect for us as we could moor the boat right out the back for ease to get out any time. The house is well presented and very clean, the kitchen is very well equipped, couch and beds were comfy not that we stayed inside much. That timber roof is beautiful the pics don’t do it justice, I think the timber is the smell a previous guest wrote about as the carpet does not smell. We will definitely be booking here again, thank you for a memorable weekend to relax mum into her 60s!

Just a note that the house was musty/mouldy smell. The toaster R side doesn’t work. The front bedroom quilt is really dirty and needs replacing or at least washing

Large, comfy house with a great view

My friends and I had a great stay here and would definitely come again. The view was spectacular, great location on the Basin with a cafe and IGA walking distance away, and a short drive to so many gorgeous beaches. The living room and kitchen set up is particularly comfortable for a big group.
