The second floor features an open floor plan living, dining, and kitchen. The living area features comfortable seating and stunning views of the Gulf. The dining table is a large wooden table with two bench seats and the kitchen island can seat 3 additional guests. The kitchen is well stocked and equipped with white appliances. A third bathroom is also located on this floor with a stand-up shower. The third floor offers a loft style bedroom with two twin beds. Laundry room located in storage room under the property. The exterior of this home offers two decks overlooking the beach and an outdoor shower.
