"Our stay was incredibly disappointing, to say the least. First of all, the property wasn’t as advertised. The first thing we noticed was that the elevator was out of service. Which was a major factor when booking such a large space with elderly family in our group. "Overall it was a good experience. The cleaning service needs to pay more attention, matted hair on towels, food stuck on dishes, faucets need a deep cleaning.It would be great if some of the trees across the street could be trimmed in order to more of the water.Communicating with the host was very good and I loved that it was pet friendly."

The host said that he would handle all of the cleanup when we left which made our last night much more relaxing than at other places we have stayed where we had to pack the night before so that we would be able to do the required cleaning in the morning.
