Enjoy sophisticated island living with a private heated pool, direct access to the beach, and a convenient fish cleaning station. This pet-friendly home boasts an open floor plan with sweeping views of the Gulf and a large deck perfect for lounging in the sunshine.

- Gravel driveway fits several vehicles.
- An outdoor shower is available for a quick rinse after beach activities.
- Private heated pool (13 x 26) surrounded by a wooden fence, complete with a decked area.

- Home is 1792 sq. ft.
- You can bring up to two dogs, provided they each weigh less than 50 pounds.
- Unfortunately, the Beach Butler/elevator is not available for guest use.
- Your reservation includes $300 worth of beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.
- Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed.
- This is a non-smoking property.
- Bringing a pet? Please check with us on size and number limits for pets.
- Indulge in a heated pool! Contact us to upgrade to a heated pool. Please note, pool heat will only raise the water temperature 10 degrees above the outside temperature.

Great location!

We really enjoyed this location, having stayed multple places on St George before... this one is in the top. Great location to beach access; almost a private walk across street into sand. The exterior setup is great, with convenient hose/rinse-off both in front and back of house on a nice decking. Very nice to have the fenced back yard. The upstairs deck is very nice with lots of seating, with large areas covered and uncovered whixh was nice depending on how much sun you want. Inside the setup is great- plenty of room for our 5 adults and 3 kids. Commuincation from the property mgmt was top notch, with several pre-arrival msgs to help ensure all details were clear, as well as departure details. We had reached out for couple minor things upon arrival and the property mgmt had it handled extremely quickly- definitely would like to stay here again. The included beach equipmemt credit was a nice addition, and that service/equipment was top notch as well- very good equipmemt and excellent service. Loved the stay!

Sunny Moon getaway

Sunny Moon was really a great place to vacation. The kitchen had all we needed to prepare our meals. There were nine of us 6 adults 3 kids. With 2 kings, a queen, and queen twin room it was perfect. There are 3 bathrooms so each family had their own bath. The view from the main level was a perfect view of the ocean . Any questions we had were promptly answered. We loved our stay and hope to come back again. One caution. No hand soap or tissue is provided.mIl

Great beach vacation

Although our time at Sunny Moon was cut short due to hurricane Helene, the few days we did get to enjoy were wonderful. There was plenty of space for our group of 8. The location was excellent and the property was just as described. Would definitely rent again, hopefully for the whole week next time!

A Good Week at the Beach

The beach was just a very short walk from our front door. The house was well stocked with cook wear, and baking dishes. Everyday was a very enjoyable sand and water adventure.

Amazing house

We had 9 people stay and there was plenary of room for everyone. There were so many “zones” for people to hang. The table is big with long comfy benches down each side and we had big dinners each night with all of us together. The kitchen was very well appointed. We didn’t have to use the pans we brought with us at all. 10 out of 10!
