    Tan dulce como 'Cotton Candy', nuestro 4BR / 3. ¡La casa de vacaciones familiar 5BA es luminosa, espaciosa y divertida!

    El primer nivel de vida lo encuentra en un comedor abierto y espacio de vida con techos altos y abundante luz natural. Los colores llamativos, un gran televisor con reproductor de DVD, equipo de música y acceso a la terraza cubierta resaltan la sala de estar. Una segunda sala de estar al lado del comedor es un lugar ideal para juegos o conversaciones. La mesa de comedor tiene capacidad para 6 con asientos adicionales en el mostrador de desayuno para 3. Un bar con fregadero está justo detrás del comedor junto con el cuarto de lavado con un conveniente ½ baño.

    Preparar comida local de mariscos será muy fácil en la cocina bien surtida, provista de todos los electrodomésticos básicos, vajillas, cubiertos y vasos. Con una gran cantidad de espacio en el mostrador y una isla central, toda la familia puede trabajar juntas para cada comida.

    Justo después de la sala de estar hay un amplio dormitorio principal con baño privado. Este espacio alegre con mucha luz natural cuenta con una cómoda cama King size, 2 armarios, un gran televisor de pantalla plana y acceso a la terraza cubierta. Un baño contiguo termina este espacio privado con lavabos dobles, una gran bañera de hidromasaje y ducha separada.

    Arriba hay 3 dormitorios y un pasillo con vistas a la sala de estar principal. El primero de estos dormitorios tiene una cama Queen con TV de pantalla plana y baño privado con ducha. Un segundo dormitorio con 2 camas individuales tiene acceso a un baño jack-n-jill con bañera. El tercer dormitorio con cama Queen y un televisor de pantalla plana tiene acceso a una terraza privada con escaleras al nivel inferior, un lugar perfecto para contar estrellas o descansar al sol.

    Cotton Candy está rodeado de vegetación local y se encuentra en un gran lote de esquina dentro de St. George Plantation. Esta área en Azalea Drive está en gran parte sin construir, lo que significa pocas casas y calles tranquilas, un lugar perfecto para familias que disfrutan de privacidad en sus vacaciones.

    Hay estacionamiento sombreado disponible o esta área se puede usar como un lugar fresco para que los niños más pequeños jueguen fuera del sol. Una segunda entrada en la cochera brinda un fácil acceso al interior de la casa mientras permanece cubierto en cualquier día lluvioso. También se encuentra en la cochera una parrilla de carbón estilo parque, una mesa de picnic, una mesa de limpieza para peces y un fregadero, así como una ducha exterior cerrada con agua fría y caliente.

    Un camino de playa conveniente se encuentra a pocos pasos de la casa y conduce a un paseo marítimo comunitario en la playa. ¡Solo un corto paseo de 4 ½ minutos lo encontrará con los dedos de los pies en la arena blanca como el azúcar! Una ruta alternativa está disponible a lo largo de la calle residencial pavimentada de Azalea Drive. Y, como invitado dentro de St. George Plantation, ¡puedes disfrutar del acceso a dos piscinas comunitarias, casa club y canchas de tenis!

Lovely and Peaceful

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was exactly as described and perfect for the seven of us. Plenty of space in the common areas and a well equipped kitchen made it so that when we weren't at the beach, we were very comfortable spending time together and preparing/eating meals at the house. We highly recommend this house and will be planning on coming back next time we head to St. George Island.

We just stayed at this house for the past week! The house was super nice and clean! We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The couch had covers, which I very much appreciate. I'm assuming they are washed between families. I don't enjoying sitting on sofas where strangers have been previously ! One thing this house does not advertise is they have a drinking water faucet! Definitely saves on all the bottled water! They have a water system (my husband tried to explain, but I don't truly understand) that keeps the water filtered, so we never smelled or tasted that usual "beach" water. The beach was a little bit of a hike with all our stuff, but definitely reasonable for rental rate! The pool separate from clubhouse, is huge and has a ton to seating areas! Definitely enjoyed the plantation bike trails and peaceful area!

Great place! Great stay!

We had am amazing time at Sea2Ski. The new updates were incredible! We had five, including three college-age children and still had plenty of space. It was a easy walk to the beach and there was always space available, which was a nice contrast to the public beaches at SGI. The property managers were great to work with and went above and beyond to see that we had everything we needed. We can't wait to go back.

It's the little things

I've noticed that after the renovation/redecoration, the owners have continued to keep the house up. Many let things go, but I've seen rugs replaced, a new washer and dryer, a new drinking water faucet, etc. I love that they care enough to continue to make it five stars! We'd have liked to have a broom, but we just used the vacuum. Not a big deal in the grand scheme of things! We can't wait for next year!

Destin, PCB and St Augustine had worn their welcome out and SGI was just what we’ve been looking for. We loved everything about it... the hometown restaurants were all fantastic, the beaches were beautiful and we pretty much had them all to ourselves, and the home we stayed in was perfect in every way. It was beautifully decorated and completely renovated and updated recently. The kitchen was fantastic...had everything you could possibly need. Bedrooms were very comfortable and the living area was open and spacious and had great lighting. All of the decks were great for outdoor eating, playing games, and just relaxing. It was truly a great home and we didn’t want to leave it. You could tell the owners loved their home and enjoyed sharing it. The Plantation was beautiful and private and very secure. Our kids enjoyed the pool and riding bicycles and we were comforted knowing they were safe. The beaches are the best we’ve ever been to... beautiful and very clean and easily accessible by the walking paths. Overall, it was the best vacation our family has had and we already know we’ll be back. Thanks to the homeowners and Forgotten Shores Properties for your role in helping to make it happen!

First Time to SGI

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first visit to SGI and we would love to return! Sea2Ski was beautiful home. A few more updates would be good (kitchen, bathrooms), but overall quite nice. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were very comfortable! The house was clean. The house feels private & secluded, separated from neighbors by vegetation. It is about a 5 minute walk (depending how fast you can walk) to the beach by sandy path or road. Either way, watch your step. We saw 3 snakes. We visited in July and there was one family to either side of us on the beach all week! Went to one of the 2 pools and had it to ourselves for a couple of hours one morning! We would definitely stay here again. SGI now has a piece of our hearts!!

Wonderful family experience!

Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed the upgrades the new owners made to this property as this was our 2nd time staying in this house (i.e. floors, appliances, and furniture). The only small issues were lack of skillets for cooking and the TV in the upstairs bedroom (double bed) did not connect to the internet and was unusable. Otherwise, the additional beach towels, outdoor shower, and grill were really nice extras and highly recommend this house to anyone who enjoy additional amenities like two community pools, fitness center, pickle ball/tennis courts!

Wonderful vacation home

We fell in love with St George Island plantation, the bike paths all around were so nice and safe for our kids, and with the free beach gear included I would highly recommend getting bikes. The house was beautiful and well stocked for our large family. Plenty of room for everyone. The beach path was just a short walk and really easy to pull our beach wagon. Love cotton candy and will definitely be back.
