Tucked away at the end of this peaceful, gated community in SGI sits Casablanca, a 3 story pet-friendly home across from the beautiful Gulf. This beach house has everything you need for a romantic getaway or a vacation with the whole family. Here you'll not only enjoy beach access steps away, but you'll also love the private pool, bikes, grill, corn hole, board games & more. You DEFINITELY won't want to leave after soaking in the breathtaking sunset views on the top floor balcony.

Here at Casablanca you are sure to have a comfortable stay. We have a spacious living room that includes a queen sofa bed, kitchen area, and screened porch on the main floor. Three of the bedrooms have king beds and there is a wonderful room for kids that has 2 sets of bunk beds. You will thoroughly enjoy the private pool!

*Please note that if you would like the pool to be heated, you must request this with Reservations. It is a $50/day charge to heat the pool.*

Take advantage of our bikes and enjoy a stroll through the beautiful community - you are sure to spot plenty of wildlife and beauty as you ride!

You have access to every amenity at the house. The beach is just across the street. Please help yourself to our grill, private, pool, bikes, games & more! We hope you make yourself at home and make incredible memories here!

* This property is pet friendly. There is a nonrefundable pet fee.This covers one dog under 50lbs. We will allow a max. 2 dogs under 50lbs. There is an additional fee for a 2nd dog.*

*The minimum age to rent and stay is 25. There are no exceptions.

*No smoking is allowed. If there is evidence of smoking you will be charged $500, no exceptions.
