Pelican Paradise boasts 4 bedrooms for those who need extra space and privacy.

Pelican Paradise is a spacious and well-appointed dog friendly home. On the main floor, you will find an open and airy living space, smart tv and amazing views of the Bay from a wall of windows. The kitchen features full size appliances and all the pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishes you need to cook up the days catch.

The main part of the home (upper floor) has 2 bedrooms to include a king bedroom with private bath and a Queen bedroom with optional Twin trundle that shares a full bath with the rest of the main floor, sleeping a total of 5 on the main floor.

The downstairs has separate entry featuring two additional bedrooms. One is a Queen bedroom, the other is a Twin over Full bunk bedroom with a daybed and optional trundle - sleeping 7. There is also a combo full bathroom and laundry room.

You will find the ground level entertainment space here! Plenty of seating for all to watch the game on one of the two tv's. Your family and friends will enjoy this waterfront space which includes a private boat dock, private boat ramp, pool table, and a park-style grill. The private boat ramp and boat dock are directly in the back yard, perfect for launching and tieing up up your jet skis, boat or kayaks (some already onsite for guest use).

Pelican Paradise is in a quiet area, minutes from restaurants and shopping. Beach access is only a few blocks away. We provide kayaks and life jackets for your personal use.

A small beach area on the bay is directly out the front entrance.
Public beach access is a short 4-block walk, golf cart ride or drive away.

With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and amenities like WiFi and an entertainment area, guests will have everything they need for a phenomenal stay. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at Pelican Paradise.

Please note there is no inside access from upstairs to downstairs. The downstairs has separate private entry.

This is a tidal area. Dock max annual depth (king tide) is 4.5 feet, zero tide is 1.75 feet. It is suggested you look up the tide chart for St George Island Bayside 12th Street station to determine the expected levels throughout your trip.
