    Advance to Boardwalk! Two spacious and luxurious bedrooms, one spacious loft, three bathrooms (one with Jacuzzi), directly on the beach with two Oceanside decks lead you to your own private boardwalk right onto the beautiful sands of St. George Island. The Master Bedroom with a king bed offers a private deck overlooking the ocean and has a private attached bath with Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom with a queen bed also has a private attached shower. The third floor loft offers a queen bed and a bunk bed. Multiple flat Screen TVs, VCR's, and DVD' s, free wireless high speed internet access, plenty of chairs on the beach-overlooking decks. Hot and cold outdoor shower, Park style grill.

    Great central island location (the 9th cottage from light house), just steps to island playground, shops, and restaurants. There is no need to take a chance anywhere else!

    St. George Island has no highrises and is a family friendly, relaxing break in the Gulf of Mexico. It is central to Florida's largest eco-tourism area. Come try it out! Once people discover the area they always come back.

    Boardwalk has an exterior security camera. The camera is mounted on the street side exterior with a view of the parking area and a portion of the entry steps.

    LENGTH OF RENTAL

    Boardwalk offers only weekly stays except Winter. Reservations for less than a week may be made for Spring and Fall depending upon property availability and approval. (Short stays are usually available to be booked within one month of the arrival day.)

    1.Up to one week rental: $90 for up to two dogs.
    $45 each extra dog
    2. Monthly rental: $180 up to two dogs and $80 for each extra dog

The house was very cute and clean. We have stayed in several VRBO places and this is one I would stay in again. There were some technical issues with communication on the VRBO end but once we figured it out, communication was not an issue. Literally NO issues with the house at all. The bed in the main bedroom was a little soft for us, but we do like a firm mattress. The location cannot be beat and the views are amazing. We can't wait to come back to The Boardwalk.

The property was great and our family we had a wonderful time! It was great to walk out onto the beach with our dog.The kitchen had everything I needed to cook for my family. The beds were very comfortable too! Definitely would rent this property again!

What a great place and great location! Great, central, walkable location to all the restaurants and shopping on St George Island. Absolutely loved our stay on the island and Reggie is a great and attentive host!

Great Location!

My family had an absolute blast at Boardwalk! SGI is really a hidden gem, and this property is located in the heart of it. The sunrises and dolphin sightings were majestic. The family dog had the week of his life! Thank you, Boardwalk!

Perfect spring break getaway

The property was in general amazing and the location can’t be beaten. There was an issue with the hot water that took two days to fix (but hopefully won’t occur again).

Good location

The property had everything we needed for our stay. Of course there are a lot of stairs like all the other houses around this area, but the proximity to restaurants and beach make up for this. The house is showing some wear and tear, but everything worked during our stay.

SGI Memories!!!

Our stay here was amazing and the location is perfect to get to everything within walking distance or rent a bike and go all over! The beds and the kitchen had everything er needed to cook or grill also. Reggie was outstanding with any of our needs as well. We will definitely be back next year.

Great Stay.

Boardwalk is wonderful house. We’ve stayed at several of cottages over the years and I would rate this one at the top. It was neat and clean and everything worked (unlike a few of the other cottages). Reggie was very responsive when I had questions prior to booking. Would definitely stay here again.

Family stay at St George

Having stayed at St George many time this was a nice place to visit. Property was clean and well organized and of course right on the beach. Sunrise and Sunsets readily seen from the upper deck. Reggie was very responsive to any questions. Would highly recommend this property.

No complaints at all about this property. The description and pictures are accurate, the house was very clean and neat, the kitchen well stocked. You are able to walk to everything from this location. The owner is very responsive to messages. Would definitely rent this unit again.
