The Space:

Walk up the stairs to the second floor, where you’ll find a bright, open-concept living area filled with natural light. This space features a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious dining area, perfect for gathering after a day of exploring. Two sets of French doors open to the deck, letting in fresh ocean breezes and creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. This level includes two queen bedrooms and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, as well as a washer and dryer for your convenience. A comfort-height queen air mattress is also provided. Sleeps 6.

The lower level offers two self-contained sleeping areas, each with its own entrance. ideal for groups who want extra privacy or quiet retreat spaces.



✨North Bedroom Studio✨

This space features a queen bed and a full-size pull-out memory foam mattress. You'll enjoy your own wet/coffee bar and a private bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. Sleeps 2 adults & 2 kids.



✨South Bedroom✨

This charming space includes a queen bedroom, separate living space, wet/coffee bar, and an en suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The living area also has a sofa where one person could comfortably sleep. Sleeps 3 adults.

After a day at the beach, rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower and unwind on the spacious wraparound deck—perfect for soaking in the salty air at any time of day. A newly added hot tub on the lower level provides the perfect end to a sun-filled afternoon.



Please note: There is no interior staircase. The downstairs spaces are connected by a lockable interior door, while access to the upstairs unit is via the exterior stairs leading to the deck.

🏠 Our quiet little residential neighborhood is nestled among the dunes at Crescent Beach -- just a 15 minute drive to downtown St. Augustine.



Getting Around:

🚗Driving is the best option to get around St. Augustine. Uber/Lyft are available and recommended if you plan to go out at night.

📬 Arrival Note:

The house is located on the opposite side of the street from the mailbox. Be sure to look for the house number, not the mailbox, to ensure you’re at the right location.



💳Credit card processing fees are non-refundable, even in the event of a cancellation.



🛁 Hot tub is used at your own risk.



🚫 No parties or large gatherings. Excessive noise may result in removal per local rules



🚫 Please remember to close the umbrella if the weather gets very windy or stormy.



👥 Additional Guest Policy: An additional fee applies starting with the 9th guest and for each extra guest beyond that.



📌For stays of 21 days or longer, a $100 deep cleaning fee will be added. We will coordinate payment at the time of booking.
