Vilano Beach Vacation Stop. 2 masters, Private Heated pool, Steps to the Beach!

This brand-new luxury vacation rental is a short walk to the secluded North Beach on the Atlantic ocean and an even shorter walk to the inter-coastal waterway connecting the quiet Vilano Beach community to the city of St. Augustine.

Our vacation home is on two levels and features two Master Suites, a Bunk Room, futon, three bathrooms, a dedicated work space, a private heated pool and patio, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy your short-term or extended stay.

Our coastal beach home is tastefully decorated and custom designed with the highest standards: modern appliances, luxurious beds, bedding and furniture, ceiling fans, local art, TV’s in each bedroom, a DVD player, plenty of beach toys and towels, plus local books and games.

Our goal is to have our guests feel welcome and relaxed while staying in our home.
We have a relaxing front porch with a dining area, where you can enjoy a nice meal and cool drink under our porch fans, as well as a dining area next to our pool.

The local grocery store Publix and a gas station is just 2 miles away, a short 6 minute drive.
The St. Augustine Vistor’s Center is 5 miles away.
World Famous Restaurant’s Aunt Kates and Caps On The Water are less than two miles away
The Metro Diner and The Blue Hen are other restaurants loved by locals.
The safest way to access the Beach is to either walk 10 minutes to the Vilano Walkover Bridge or to drive the .5 mile distance and park there. There are public bathrooms, a shower, and a park pavilion. (There is a map in the vacation rental that outlines the safest route to the beach.) You can also just walk up 21st St. and access the beach from there.

Very nice stay, and very responsive manager

Overall, we had a really good stay and the house was as advertised. The neighbors who were also renting a house for the week were a bit disruptive for our experience especially at night. We had an issue with the AC not working when we arrived, but the owner/manager was very responsive and coordinated the repairs ASAP. Would stay again in the future.

Cozy and convenient

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Stocked linens, bath basics, and the kitchen staples were a life saver for our overloaded vehicle. The heated pool was perfect for our four girls on the cool-ish days. Overall a great stay in a quiet neighborhood with convenient beach access. Highly recommend.

Vilano Beach House

On the listing it says there is one bathroom but there is three (you can see all three in the photos). Communication with the host was great! A beautiful house to stay in and it was comfortable for nine adults. The beach is not a two minute walk, it’s more of a five to ten minute walk, but still easily accessible. Overall, this property met all of our expectations! I would definitely stay here again!

Property is accurately described. Very clean and well maintained. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, silverware, dishes, glassware. Comfortable backyard and heated pool is a plus. Bedding was super comfortable. Located in a quiet neighborhood, shopping nearby. Beach is within walking distance.

The house was bright, clean and well furnished. Loved the heated pool! It’s a great location, one can walk to the beach and Aunt Kate’s restaurant and it’s a short drive to St. Augustine with its history, restaurants and shops. Kristal was a terrific host and got back to us very quickly. Not that we needed her very often because the house is in great shape.

Perfect family getaway

Even in November, we enjoyed the pool. The layout of the main area was great for making dinners, lounging around and having a game going at the table all at the same time. Together, but doing our own thing... just what you want when traveling with teenagers. The beach was easily walkable and provided a wonderful respite! Close enough to St. Augustine's sites to visit when we wanted, but far enough away to escape to quiet as well.

Convenient distance to the beach, downtown St. Augustine. Place was very clean, Pool was a definite plus. The place could have used a couple of more dressers in the rooms on the main floor.

Overall not bad but there is a roach issue.

Overall, Kristal was great! She is a fast communicator and allowed us to check in earlier which was greatly appreciated! Please be aware that there is a roach issue in the house. My guest and I sprayed the house countless times throughout our stay and there was always more. There were even some crawling on couches, majority of the issue was within the bunk bed room, bathroom and living room. Thankfully not a huge issue in the kitchen. I would not recommend staying here.

Perfect location and home!

We greatly enjoyed the location of this home and the accommodations. It was only a couple blocks from the beach and made it easy by having towels, beach toys and chairs. The pool was very clean and relaxing after we returned from the salt water. The home was nicely laid out and very clean as well. The cleaners were accommodating by letting us drop off items early on the porch. The kids loves the gumball machines and bunk beds. Overall we had a great experience and the owner was very communicative when needed! Thank you!

Cute house, great location and backyard oasis!

We are very happy with our choice to stay here. Three bathrooms made it easy for 7 people. The house had everything you needed. Our boys fished at the end of the street, the beach was just a short drive and walk. Neighborhood was great to take walks around. Pool was a comfortable temperature. Decor and finishes were beautiful.

Perfect Family Vacay Rental

We rented this for 2 families for a week. It was perfect. The two primary bedrooms was especially nice. House was clean, well stocked, and well maintained. There were other rentals to the side and behind the house, but it never got too loud and it always still felt private. Pool is great, beach is just a short walk. Beds were really comfortable. We'd definitely stay again if we come back to the area.
