  • Charming 3/2 cottage located in the historic Surfside Community of Vilano. Once this home belonged to the Capo Family who brought visitors from downtown St Augustine across the Intercoastal on a ferry to the beach in the 1920’s. Today, you can enjoy the vintage vibe, with modern conveniences. Only 2 min walk to Surfside Beach! This 3 bedroom 2 bath home is perfect for small families, girls weekends or little romantic get aways. Beautiful fenced back yard, 2 blocks to public tennis courts and pickleball. Walking distance to grocery store and restaurants and across the street from the beach. One small dog will be permitted with a $100 non refundable pet fee.

I rented this house last summer and couldn't wait to rent it again. The communication was excellent. The property has everything you need for a comfortable and peaceful stay with only a 1/2 block from the beach. You can't get better than that!

Cute Historic cottage across the street from the beach. Spacious with a great fenced backyard area. Comfy beds, each with an en suite. The kitchen was well stocked to prepare all our meals. Owner was easy to communicate with. Loved our stay!

Vilano Beach Cottage is fantastic. This is our second year there. It is sparkling clean. The kitchen is well stocked. The back yard is a great place to hang out and relax. Joey responds to any questions we had quickly. We can’t wait to come back.

The home is cozy and very clean, the location was great. It is across from beach and close to everything. Planning a trip in summer to enjoy beach more. The host was very helpful and easy to get a hold of. Strongly recommend.

Vilano Beach Cottage

Great house with an excellent location, close enough to get to St Augustine quickly and far enough away to avoid any crowds. We walked across the street to the beach every day and we ate at many great restaurants, shopped in the Historic District, saw the Lightner Museum and more. We would recommend anyone who is looking for a place in the area to stay at the Vilano Beach Cottage.

Fishing trip with my brothers

Excellent host and property for what we needed. The house is well laid out and accommodated us very well. We enjoyed the fenced in yard, outside dining area and grill.

The home is so very quaint!! 100 yr old cottage litterslly right across the beach. Beds are super comfortable. You will not be sorry to rent this wonderful home. Even my pups loved the back yard!!

Wonderful cottage!

The house is wonderful! It has everything you need and more. It is close to the beach and lots of beach stuff is available for use. The backyard is a great place to sit and relax after a day at the beach or walking St Augustine. The host was very responsive and great to work with.

Cute and Quiet

This place was great. It was so close to the beach and town. It had everything we needed for our family of six. The neighborhood was quiet. The beach was beautiful. The house was adorable. We will definitely come back.
