This family friendly condo is located on the beautiful white sands of St Augustine beach (Crescent Beach). The condo complex is directly on the beach front. The condo is very large at 870 square feet. As the unit is ground floor with easy access to your vehicle there is NO ocean view from inside the unit. An ocean view can be seen a short distance out the rear sliding glass door across the pool deck. A private boardwalk over the protected sand dunes from the pool area leads to the beach.

The unit has a large kitchen with full size appliances including a side by side refrigerator, stove with oven and dishwasher. All cookware and dishes are provided.

The condo is a one bedroom, one bath unit located on the ground floor with a king size bed. A queen size sofa bed is located in the living room.

The unit was recently updated with brand new quartz seashell countertops in the kitchen. The bathroom was taken down to the studs, retiled, new toilet, lighting and vanity. The entire unit was repainted and the furnishings were replaced.

This is the second time we have stayed. We love the location. Butler is our favorite beach! Everything we need is there. It is quiet, homey, and comfortable. The host is great to work with and has provided a relaxing place. We will definitely be back.

This was perfect- I love the St. Augustine area and had great luck finding this unit to rent during my stay. Additionally, I’m excited to state that this was an extremely accessible unit for my son who has level 3 ASD, Coming from Chicago, I know very little of the area, but I confidently know that this host cares and ensures you’ll have the easiest trip ever. The unit also comes with beach equipment, any spices or oils needed for cooking, extra linens, and being right outside from the pool was a huge plus. Thank you, again, for the stay!images below are from the boardwalk that’s within feet of this condo. The unit comes with the code for this.

We rented this for a girl's trip and loved it. Perfect location and would recommend it to anyone. Hope to stay there again if we are headed to St. Augustine. The owners were very helpful in answering questions and helping with any issues that came up.

Love the open layout when you walk in. It was the perfect size for the 3 of us staying and very clean. They also have everything you can think of in the unit which was nice. Easy walk to the pool and beach.

Great place to stay!

This was the perfect place to stay for us. It was very clean and well stocked with linens, kitchen utensils and appliances. A quiet property with a nice clean pool, and a short walk to a quiet beach. The facilities were clean. The beach here is beautiful. We would highly recommend this property, and would choose it again if returning to the area.

Lovely condo - right on the beach!

This is my favorite place to stay in St. Augustine! My husband and I have stayed here several times & enjoy the clean & comfortable condo. It truly is close to the beach - you can see the ocean! It is so quiet and peaceful in the complex and it makes for a pleasant, restful stay.
