Located at Seaside at Anastasia, this stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom penthouse offers fantastic ocean views and is undoubtedly the best condo in the entire complex! This professionally decorated condo features all-new furniture and amenities. It is just steps away from the ocean, fishing pier, restaurants, shopping, and various activities.

Seaside at Anastasia provides everything you need to enjoy your vacation, including a heated swimming pool, fitness room, elevators, designated parking, and in-unit washer and dryer. You will also have access to free wireless internet.

The location is only a few minutes from historic downtown St. Augustine, where you'll find plenty of dining, shopping, and tourist sites. The nearby Alligator Farm offers an exciting new zip-lining experience.

This quaint beach town has something for everyone! Whether you enjoy surfing, swimming, paddleboarding, sunbathing, or simply relaxing with a book on the beach, there’s plenty to do. Accommodating!

The condo was very accommodating for our large family. The only thing that would make this condo even better is some fresh paint through living area & outside balcony doors. Overall happy with everything else.

Family stay in saint Augustine beach area

We really enjoyed it . Host was great in answering questions ahead of time. Nice set up. Helped that there is elevator since unit is on 3rd level. Spent good amount of time at pool. Went to beach right across the way . Also found out down the way you can go park on the beach and set up there so we did that too 1 day. Nice that there are 2 beach chairs in closet and some beach toys . Salt life restaurant was really good. Get the almond crusted grouper topped with lobster in coconut cream sauce if you go. Beds and furniture super comfortable. Kitchen stocked nicely. Love that there are tvs in every room. You can walk to numerous restaurants and shops including RITAS custard and gilotti. Only 10 minute drive to historic downtown Saint Augustine . Highly recommend this place

Spacious condo across from the beach

The property is just as described. Great location acrossA1A within walking distance to restaurants. We stayed for an extended family vacation. Other family had a similar condo in the complex. I will say this condo’s kitchen was much better equipped than theirs and more spacious than their 3 bedroom. It is decorated beautifully. My only suggestion would be to put up black out curtains over the blinds. We had difficulty sleeping because the room was bright at night from the street lights and the sun at 6 A.m. However, the beds were very comfortable. This is definitely a place for the beach. The pool at the complex left a lot to be desired but our family was there for the ocean so it was fine.

Fantastic All Around!

This place is perfect in so many ways! The location is perfect for walking to different restaurants and the beach. The Master bedroom was huge and we slept like babies. The kitchen is adequately stocked and so are the bathrooms. Dora was extremely helpful and quick to respond. She was absolutely wonderful. We would definitely stay here again!

Good location

Condo is short easy walking distance to beach and restaurants. Condo is in gated community so very safe. Beds were comfortable. Small screened in area was nice in the early morning. I do agree with others about den furniture, chairs should be replaced. I would probably stay there again.

Wonderful family trip

We were in St Augustine for a family wedding and stayed at seaside by Anastasia condos Unit was very pretty and we felt very safe Our only complaint was the furniture in the living area was very old and extremely uncomfortable. There is NO cushioning in the two chairs.

So spacious!

We loved our stay at this property. The condo was spacious and very clean! Great location to walk to the beach and some restaurants. Highly recommend Salt Life restaurant. The only downfall was the bed in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable and it was very light at night due to the outdoor street lights. Otherwise, we loved it!!

Nice condo; good location

As other reviews noted, there was a musty smell at first but it dissipated quickly and the living room chairs need new cushions. Otherwise good condo with three bedrooms in good location and distant ocean view.

Just fine

Stayed here for Thanksgiving with my adult kids. The kitchen was well- equipped. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean and spacious. Had to light a scented candle, though, to address the smell of mildew.

Beach Bliss

This property was perfect for our stay! The condo was spacious, super clean and nicely appointed. The community is well maintained, quiet and close to the beach and downtown. Many things are within walking distance. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the screened in patio without any bugs! We were sad to leave and definitely would return. The only improvements we would recommend would be better pots and pans and more comfortable chairs in the living area. Thanks for a great vacation!!!

Great Location

We loved our stay at the condo. It was close to everything and we all enjoyed our nightly trips to Rita’s. The kitchen could use more dishes since there were 7 of us and we had to run the dishwasher after every time we ate. There was only 8 plates/cups etc. Besides that location and condo were great for a week at the beach.

Perfect girls trip!

The condo is beautiful, and fit our age ranges so well! We had my 5 year old daughter all the way to my 63 year old mom for a wonderful girls weekend. We loved the location across the street from the beach and the 3rd floor was such a great view!

Great Location!

The condo was beautiful and accommodated seven very well. Right across the street was the beach. Lots of great restaurants and 5 minutes to downtown St. Augustine. Will definately stay here again.

Great place

Really enjoyed the stay. Short distance from downtown. Had mainly what we needed as far as dishes and such. If you’re a “stay at the place” vacationer, the tv’s are small in the bedrooms, but comfortable beds and plenty of room for 6. It’s a little frustrating chasing keys down and such when u get there late after a long drive, but not too bad. I’d definitely stay here again.
