Welcome to the Sun Catcher of Vilano Beach! Fit 8 people in this spacious 3BR/3.5BA home located just 5-min walk to the white sands of Vilano Beach. Relax around the sparkling clean pool located in our private, fully-fenced backyard. Jump into our game room located in the 2nd building on the property loaded with a pool table, ping pong, darts, and all the classics. 5-min walk to the best restaurants in the area, Caps on the Water. Only 12-min drive to Historic Downtown St. Augustine.

The Sun Catcher encompasses the true Florida beach lifestyle, as this beach retreat is equipped with all of the beach supplies that you will need for proper beach days including beach cart, umbrella, beach chairs, and boogie boards ready to go for our guests! Convenience and high-end comfort for our guests are the focus at The Sun Catcher. Not just your place to sleep at night - We are your hub to an authentic Florida Experience.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the entire condo.
Check-in details will be available the morning of check-in.
Guests will access the property with the front door smart lock.
NEIGHBORHOOD REVIEW
Located in Vilano Beach, the community is quiet, easy-going, and an ideal getaway for those who want to explore St. Augustine. 5-min walk to the beach access right at the end of the road. 5-min walk to one of St. Augustine’s top restaurant, Caps on the Water located right on the intracoastal.
This community and our property is full of live oak tree coverage, which makes for great shade during those Summer Days after the beach.
Walk to the beach in 5-minutes. Our grocery store is only a 5-min drive from the home. Enjoy being only a 12-min drive to the Historic Downtown St. Augustine.
