Beautiful walk to St. Augustine beach

This is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo located across the Ocean Hammock park which is located right on the beach. It is a nice nature walk to the beach. You can park at Ocean Hammock Park while you enjoy the beach.

This is a family friendly condo with a high chair, pack n play and kids dinnerware.

Wonderful week.

Property is plenty large enough for a family of 4. Beds were comfortable, large master bath remodeled. Short walk to the beach, however you can drive on the beach and park for $10 per day., Plenty of different restaurants to choose from and activities to do. Downtown is a short drive, beautiful southern town. Do yourself a favor and rent E-Bikes to ride in the beach a day or two we had a blast. Quiet place to stay with friendly neighbors. We will be back.

Great visit for beach vacation

Had an enjoyable experience. The house is well equipped and check in was super easy. The beach is about a 10 min walk away and is also located just a short drive from St Augustine historic district.

The condo is just a short walk across the street from the beach walkway. It’s an end unit and very quiet. Very nicely furnished and the master bedroom is quite large. Close proximity to restaurants and a Publix grocery store makes it a great beach location. I highly recommend giving this place a look.

Exploring St. Augustine

we loved this condo, very roomy, comfortable beds, and well-equipped kitchen. Close to beach a walk on the boardwalk but it was a little further than we thought if you have little ones or carrying items or a Senior like me . You can park on the beach if you choose to . And our favorite was St. Augustine itself. All the history, tours, shops , and restaurants.

Lovely home. Very well decorated and overall clean.

Caution on using the dishes. We pulled some dishes out to use and they were dirty. Dishwasher could probably be updated. We handwashed everything before and after. Outside of that, zero issues. Great place to stay!

Get away vacation

This property was excellent for a week away with grown adult children. Plenty of stuff to do even on cooler rainy days in Saint Augustine great restaurants friendly environment and activities only a few miles away. Loved driving on the beach setting up for the day. Condo was well stocked with kitchen items Publix is right down the street. Plenty of space for 5 adults. Would definitely stay again.

Good getaway

We had such a good time during our stay in st. Augustine. The property was clean and provided some great amenities. I loved the touch of the epsom salt and beach chairs. The walk was not too bad to the beach or other things. Walk to the beach was about 9 minutes. The only small complaint we had was that the pool was smaller than expected and was not very clean. They did end up cleaning it towards the end of our trip but it was dirty for the majority. Overall we had a great time and would stay here again.

Beach Get-away

This condo was delightful. Everything we needed was right there. The walk to the beach down the boardwalk was a nice stroll but we were just looking for the walking and not dragging beach items. Can't think of a single thing that would have made out stay more memorable.

Comfortable accommodations on a quiet area of the beach

Overall we had a great stay, Kathryn was quick to respond to our messages before and during our stay. The listing advertises itself as kid-friendly and for the most part it is, but for those with little kids I thought I’d leave a couple thoughts. There are very thoughtful accommodations like a high chair and kid dishes & utensils; but there is also breakable decor within easy reach in several rooms, a couple pieces of furniture with sharp corners or glass tops, things that don’t really matter for the school-aged crowd but could be concerns for those with littles 3-4yo and under. I also did not see a pack-n-play A couple things I read from reviewers after we had booked but before we stayed were about a dirty master shower and the community pool. In my opinion, the master shower was not filthy disgusting as another reviewer mentioned, but there was definitely dirty grout, however it was just in the corners. IDK if this is due to a less-thorough cleaning routine or something else, but the rest of the shower seemed adequately clean so I don’t think it’s fair to make the shower seem so dirty it was unusable. As to the pool, we also felt the water and walls were murky and green enough that we were not comfortable allowing our kids in, which was very disappointing because swimming in the pool is a huge part of our vacations. When I asked Kathryn when the last time the pool was cleaned she inquired to the HOA to which they replied there were concerns with the pool pump and someone was coming to look at it the next day (but no acknowledgement the pool had been cleaned recently). The next day we were updated that the pool pump had an issue and would not be fixed before the end of our stay.🤨 This was incredibly disappointing since swimming in a pool is such a huge part of our vacations. The unit was comfortable and well-equipped with lots of thoughtful touches like sugar, cooking oil, sandwich bags & plastic wrap-things that are super useful to have on hand but you forget to buy at the store. Also the wifi was amazing, we measured speeds anywhere from 140-400+ mbps, so that’s a huge plus for us. We love that area of St Augustine Beach but the walk to the beach involves crossing the busy beach road plus a loooooong walk on a boardwalk to the beach. Again not a reason to not stay here, just keep in mind that walking the entire way back could be too much for little legs after a day in the sand & sun.

The condo was spacious, nicely decorated, dated and clean for the most part. The master shower is disgusting and floors under the beds and couch haven’t been swept in months. The accuracy of the beach being a short walk is incorrect. From the condo to the beach is over a half mile walk, not at all convenient for a family with four kids. The pool is disgusting, green algae and filled with leaves - that too looks like it has not been cleaned in months. It is a very quiet location but you do need to basically drive everywhere. Also, there is no coffee pot, there is a Keurig, they are not the same. The kitchen, bath and laundry were well stocked which was appreciated.

Home away from home but with a beach!

Very nice condo located just 5 minutes from the beach! The walk may be longer if you are walking with children. The condo comes with nice large beach towels and sand chairs so leave yours at home. It is within walking or a short drive distance to area restaurants as well. We recommend Burrito Works Taco Shop highly! Call ahead because the line is always long. There is an elevator in the 2nd stairwell in the middle of the complex which we discovered after carrying all of our stuff up so if you have a lot or are less fit, that is convenient. All in all, a very nice condo that is well appointed and we would love to stay there again!

Perfect spot for the family

This property was perfect if you are traveling with a little one. They had everything we needed for our toddler and the condo is extremely clean and located perfectly to the ocean as well as the majority of St. Augustine experiences. Check in and out were extremely easy, beds very comfortable, and even extra beach items you may need. Absolutely would stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay

This was our first experience with a vacation rental and our host was excellent. She answered all my questions in a very timely manner. The condo was beautiful, spacious and stocked with everything we might need. The king sized bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and the master bathroom is huge. We enjoyed the balcony patio off the livingroom. Having breakfast out there in the mornings and relaxing in the evenings. The condo is in a nice quiet neighborhood, not to far from town. The beach is across the street through a park with a boardwalk to take you there. Shops & restaurants are close by. I would love to stay here again next time we're in town.

Beautiful, Quiet Retreat

The condo was very spacious and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. It's located across the street from a gorgeous strip of beach. The walk is more like 15 minutes, though, so I wouldn't suggest hauling too much stuff if you can. We learned the hard way how exhausting the walk can be. Also, the kitchen appliances and plumbing are slightly outdated. We would have to run the dishwasher multiple times, and the toilets wouldn't always flush on the first try. The water pressure in the master bathroom was incredible, though. The large shower and soaker tub were two of my favorite features. The condo is in a nice, quiet neighborhood, and it was a short walk to Publix, Starbucks, Dollar Tree and a really great sushi restaurant. It's also located about 10-15 minutes from downtown St. Augustine, so we had access to many great shops and restaurants. We would highly recommend this condo as a peaceful, relaxing getaway that's close to many attractions and a beautiful beach.
