The Space: THE SKINNY: This exclusive luxury waterfront home offers an escape with breathtaking views of the intracoastal waterway. Perfect for a local retreat for nature lovers, boaters, and those looking to experience the beauty of Old Florida, it truly is your own slice of paradise. The expansive interior provides plenty of space for your entire group to spread out. Enjoy the exquisite state of the art kitchen, the roomy living room with gas fireplace, and entertainment den, complete with professional size pool table. This home includes a generous screened in pool patio and 2nd story balcony views. Amazing morning sun is available in gobs on the pool patio, just off the kitchen and living room. The pool is heated (please request pool heat - $60 a day/$350 a week). Enjoy the outdoor areas to lounge with a margarita or to entertain your whole group. The patio includes a an outdoor kitchen, complete with a "Big Green Egg" BBQ. Just beyond the pool enclosure is propane fire pit and a beautiful path to the private dock, which includes jet-ski lifts and a boat lift. With the nearby beaches, parks, and boat ramp just a few minutes away, this home ensures a blend and balance between a relaxing, yet adventurous stay. It’s ideal for families or friends looking for a quiet getaway, while still being close to the vibrant history and culture of Historic Downtown St. Augustine, and the adventure opportunities of Palm Coast.
THE PROXIMITY: Boat lovers dream! Soak it all in! Bring along your boat and jet skis! Park them in the driveway and then launch them into the intracoastal a few miles away at Green Road and have them brought to our dock lift! Couldn't be any more convenient! The public beach access is a 9 minute walk (and we have the hookup on golf cart rentals if you'd like to partake!). The access to drive on is about 5 minutes north (you should have 4-wheel drive). You can also park and walk on about 3 minutes south at Matanzas Inlet! Palm Coast is about 10 minutes south, where you can enjoy a day of adventure at Washington Oaks State Park and Marineland. This home is about 10 minutes from a Winn Dixie grocery store. Nearby restaurants and bars include: Back 40 A1A Beachside, The Sand Bar, Commanders Oyster Bar, Fusion 904, and Viola's Pizza. In St. Augustine Beach, about 10 minutes north, we have a variety of attractions and restaurants and bars for your enjoyment, including mini-golf, farmers market at the pier on Wednesday mornings, coffee shops and bars, plus there is drive-on beach access at A Street if you have 4-wheel drive.
THE SPACE: This private oasis provides both comfort and style. The sparkling blue pool awaits you. The fully loaded kitchen features a center island to make entertaining your group seamless! With 3 bedrooms in the main area of the house, there is a mother in law suite with two full bedrooms and a full bath for those that would love to have even more space. The mother-in-law suite also includes a desk and office chair to make the perfect work-from-home space! One of the bedrooms includes sauna for your enjoyment. Outdoors, enjoy the 2nd story balcony and dock during sunset, plus a full outdoor kitchen! A washer and dryer are included in the laundry room off of the kitchen. Enjoy the fire pit and for maximum entertainment head inside to play a round of pool in the den.
OPEN LIVING: The kitchen is adjacent to the living and dining area so everyone can be together whether lounging, dining or cooking! We outfit the kitchen with enough paper products, pods, trash bags and soaps for the length of your stay. Linens and towels are included.

BEACHSIDE FUN IN THE SUN: Our beaches are unparalleled! We really know how to enjoy what nature has blessed us with here in our quaint little St. Augustine. You can walk 9 minutes to the beach access at Spyglass, or drive to one of the public beach accesses in Crescent, Matanzas, Washington State Park to park and walk over onto the beach. If you have 4 wheel drive, you can head to A Street in St. Augustine Beach to drive on to the beach.
*SECURITY DEPOSIT: Per the listing, we will charge the card on file for the listing's Security Deposit of $1500 on the day of check-in. The funds will be released 7 days after checkout if no damage is present upon your departure. In addition, a $249 non-refundable incidentals fee will be added to each reservation. *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your security deposit is not the maximum amount you are responsible in the event of damage. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements.
Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire home, including both indoor and outdoor living spaces, EXCEPT for the garage. The garage is not available for guest use or storage.
The Neighborhood: Crescent Beach is a very eclectic local neighborhood! Here, you will feel like you are a true part of the St. Augustine community.
The boat ramp at Green Road is a few miles north. Bring your boat and jet ski's along and drop them in conveniently, then store them in our gated driveway or on our dock lift after a fun day on the water! No need to worry about low tide here, this dock is in deep water!
Locally, we have several rental places where you can stock up on beach and water sports gear. Additionally, there is a service called Drifters that will come to the house to drop off bikes that you can rent at a daily rate.
Nearby restaurants include Commanders (a local favorite for oysters and seafood), the Sand Bar for a drink and games, and Crescent Beach Bar & Grill. One of my all time favorites is Back 40 A1A (you have to try the Chimichurri Steak Quesadilla and Jerk Chicken Tacos)!
A short drive to the south is Palm Coast, where you can enjoy the marine life adventure of Marineland, a walk through the rose gardens at Washington Oaks State Park, or a round of golf at Hammock Beach Golf Club.
Getting Around: We recommend renting a car for your stay. If you prefer to travel by bicycle or would just like to rent them for fun, check out Drifters for drop off/pick up bike rentals.
Interaction with Guests: I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I'm only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self checkin upon arrival.
