Step into this beach home boasting an open and spacious floor plan, high ceilings, and premium finishes throughout. This rental is located just a short walk from the ocean and the river and there is a dock right at the end of the street. The eat-in kitchen is stocked with all of the essentials for preparing small snacks or chef's meals! Let the kids play out back in the private, enclosed yard while catching a spectacular sunset! Guests of this rental will also have access to a boogie board and three adult bicycles.

Located right between beach access location and the dock and boat launch to the river, there is no shortage of activities and fun to be found close by! Local favorite restaurants are within a quick drive including Aunt Kate's and The Reef, offering waterfront dining locations perfect for unwinding. Location was perfect and home is much larger than pictures!

Overall great place!!!!

The house was definitely big enough to accommodate my big family with 5 kids, no one was walking over the other and plenty of seating. Only complaint we had was the showers (the shower heads specifically) and washer we moldy but it definitely didn't ruin our stay just a little more thorough cleaning on those 2 places would be nice. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Property!

The house was spacious and modern plus it’s in a convenient location. We enjoyed prepping meals in the kitchen as it was well stocked and the layout was very open and inviting. Loved the master bedroom’s bathroom! Will stay again.

Great Place

This was a great place to stay. Only issue I had was that one of the sinks in the master bathroom was clogged pretty bad. Other than that it was great.

Good visit to St Augustine

We visited St Augustine/Vilano Beach over Christmas/New Years. The property feels bigger than it is, large kitchen and dining table for a large family was great for us. All the beds were comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked for a rental. We enjoyed our time in St Augustine and our VRBO house worked out really well.

Perfect location

We enjoyed our stay and that the house was so close to the beach. The house was roomy and accommodated our group perfectly. The yard was great for playing games. We grilled and enjoyed sitting on the deck. One negative would be the lack of towels (body, face, dish, and beach).

Spring Break 2021

What can I say this house is gorgeous. The pictures don’t do the house justice. Very nice neighborhood and minutes to get to the beach. The house has everything you need for cooking and making margaritas. The house is in a great area for sightseeing and seeing what St. Augustine has to offer. We are definitely looking forward to staying here again.

Great stay

Everything we needed for a great stay. Plenty of towels, kitchen items, plates, etc. Quick and easy communication with property managers. Short walk to beach. Lots of boogie boards and 3 bikes (but no helmets). Great space for our family of 10!

Perfect location

This was a perfect place for our family. Nice and open living area . We walked to the beach and was maybe a 10 min drive to downtown . Publix was maybe 5 min away. The only think I would of been nice is if there was more then 2 tvs. Other then that we would def book again in future .

Beautiful Home

We celebrated a bachelorette party and had plenty of space! Beautiful home, clean, close to the beach!!! Owner was quick to reply about a small issue we had. Only suggestion I would make is to have the guest bathtub looked at. It's makes a lot of noise when moving inside the shower which woke up the ladies in the adjoining rooms. Other than that amazing place to stay!
