Here at SeaWinds Dreams, we offer you that space. We are just steps from the soft white sandy shores of the Atlantic Ocean.

Minutes from great restaurants and nightlife. You are sure to discover the space you'll be drawn back to year after year.​

This spacious air-conditioned, two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa has been recently updated with a modern beach feel.

A fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room are designed with a fresh, open concept and completely interactive space.

Wide patio doors from both the master bedroom and the living room open up to the spacious back patio. Settle in with your morning coffee overlooking the lagoon with water fountain features.

Our high-end kitchen can accommodate you and your crew whether for a week's stay just choosing to make breakfasts or even to indulge in a month-long stay baking cupcakes and cooking full meals. An open concept lets the chef participate and engage with everyone else while cooking or baking.

Appliances include a stove with double oven, bottom freezer fridge, convection microwave, dishwasher, garburator, kettle, coffee maker and toaster.

The large master bedroom is furnished with a deluxe king size bed and a luxurious ensuite with a spacious shower.

The large second bedroom is furnished with two queen size beds.

Flat screen TVs in the living room and all bedroom with a DVD player in the living room

The main bathroom is a fully updated three piece bathroom.

The in-suite laundry room is tucked away near the front entrance and has full sized washer and dryer for your use.

We are mere steps from the white sandy beach on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean and is accessed from our private entrance.

A short walk or drive down the street brings you to seaside shops and restaurants. The Old Town of St. Augustine with historic architecture and Spanish streets is just a 5-minute drive from SeaWinds Dreams.

Your vacation is an important retreat from your day to day life. We respect and understand that. It is our intention that SeaWinds Dreams offers you that and more.

Loved our stay at SeaWinds Dreams! The hosts were very communicative and accommodating and the condo was immaculate, comfortable and well cared for. The kitchen was as well-stocked as our kitchen at home and bedrooms were cozy and inviting. Very comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Getting to the beach was quick and easy and we had everything we needed for our enjoyment - from beach umbrellas to chairs and even a wagon to carry everything. The pool and hot tub are very nice and well-maintained. The location was ideal for dining, shopping and sightseeing. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Love the simplicity of the unit. However we eat our meals in and cook every day. Kitchen works great and is well stocked but the sink seems to have an issue and only puts out a very low amount of water. Takes a long time to fill up a coffee pot let alone wash dished. Also the silver ware basket is missing in the dish washer. Seems a small thing but when you are trying to wash dishes three time per day and it takes a very long time that slowed down our beach time.

This was our second year staying here, and we were so glad to return!! The condo is beautiful, clean, and in the best location. The walk to the beach is short and easy, and we always find ourselves going back to the beach in the evenings because it's such an easy walk. We also love being so close to restaurants, ice cream (Mayday is our favorite), and things to do, and the condo is spacious and well-equipped. (The kitchen and laundry rooms are a huge help for us, and the whole unit has plenty of space for our family of four to be comfortable and not right on top of each other all week.) The hosts, Frank and Lucy, are also always so communicative and helpful, and we really appreciate the easy process of booking/ checking in/ checking out. Thanks as always, guys! Will be back next summer!

We stayed here twice now and are ready to book for next year. This place is the best, even more equipped than it was a couple years ago. There was not one single thing that I couldn’t find from kitchen beach stuff. Very clean very relaxing housekeepers. Definitely get an A.

Great Location

Nice, quiet and friendly condo neighborhood. Walk on the beaches each day were lovely, close to restaurants. Would've been perfect if just a couple chairs and umbrellas were provided like most other rentals, but other than that provided everything we needed and great up front parking to the unit!

It was the perfect location for my husband and I .Very tranquil and just what we needed. The pool and beach were so close, easy access. The condo was great. Very clean and accessible to all we needed for our stay. We will definitely be going back and staying in the same unit again.

Wonderful Condo

We enjoyed our stay at this very well maintained condo. We found it very clean and fully equipped. We are a family of six and cook our own meals on vacation and we had everything we needed. We loved having quick access to the beach, and the quiet neighborhood is very nice. We would rent it again if we come back to St. Augustine. We recommend it.

Adorable condo at ideal location in St. Augustine Beach

Very clean and well appointed condo in quiet neighborhood within a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Even though it was spring break for colleges, neighborhood very quiet and beach was not overcrowded. Really enjoyed our first visit to St. Augustine and would definitely come back to this condo! Pool/hot tub area nice and not busy. Sad the tennis court are not open but there was a public court not too far by car. Thanks for a lovely vacation :)

Roomy condo with great location

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Winds. We were only 4 minutes from the beach through our private access. The condo was clean with plenty of room. Great master shower. Would recommend this as a stay at St. Augustine Beach. Plenty of restaurants close by and the Publix is only a 2 min. drive.

Just the best!

This is our 3rd visit to this property and we love every minute of it! The owners are wonderful, prompt, helpful & always quick to respond. The shower in the main bath is wonderful…great pressure. Most everything you need is here. Look forward to our next visit! Thanks for such a relaxing environment.
