Renowned for its well-preserved Spanish colonial architecture, St. Augustine is the oldest continuously inhabited European-established settlement in the continental United States. There is a covered off-street parking space with room for two(2) cars.

• OUTDOOR •
Step outside into the backyard of this home, where a sprawling and verdant landscape unfolds, beckoning tranquility and leisure. Cozy accent chairs gather around a charming firepit, forming an intimate setting for conversations beneath the stars. A gently swaying hammock invites you to the perfect spot for serene relaxation amidst the natural surroundings. For moments of camaraderie and amusement, a strategically placed cornhole set awaits, encouraging friendly competition and shared laughter. This outdoor sanctuary effortlessly combines comfort, natural beauty, and entertainment, providing a versatile haven for both relaxation and recreation.

• SECURITY & SAFETY FEATURES •
Our property is equipped with external security cameras to ensure guest safety. Rest assured, no cameras are present inside the home. Please also note that we have noise monitoring devices that do not record audio. Additionally, smoke alarms and fire extinguishers are provided for your safety.

• OTHER AMENITIES •
The home comes with improved and high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, hairdryers. iron and iron board and smart TV with streaming apps.

• FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS •
1. Can I check-in early?
• We'll have to confirm a time the night before or the morning of your arrival, pending the cleaning schedule and the status of the house. It is best to scheduled for 4PM check-in in case we're unable to. Of course, we'll do our best to make it happen, though! 

2. Do you have a luggage storage?
• We don't have a secure luggage storage to store your luggage. Bagbnb offers convenient luggage storage locations throughout, including spots near popular attractions and transportation hubs. You can easily find the nearest available storage spot by visiting their website or using their app.

3. Do you offer daily clean?
• We don't offer daily housekeeper however, if you need it, we can certainly make arrangements for an additional cost

4. Do you replace towels and sheets?
• We don't usually replace towels and sheets. We'd be glad to schedule a light clean with towels and sheets replacement for an extra fee.

5. Do you replenish supplies?
• Our homes are self-catering. We are happy to provide you with the initial supplies to get you started. Once that runs out, you'll need to purchase more on your own.

• BBQ Grill: Guests are also requested to clean the BBQ grill thoroughly after each use. Failure to do so will result in a BBQ cleaning fee of $100 being applied.

• ADDITIONAL NOTES ABOUT THE HOME
- Landscaper: A landscaper will be on property to maintain property grounds. They will not be accessing the home.

- Pre Check-in Form: Guests will be required to fill out a pre check-in form which will require additional documents to validate age and card used for the reservation prior to arrival. Guests booked through Airbnb are not required to fill out the pre-check-in form.

- Rental Agreement: Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement prior to arrival. Guests booked through Airbnb are not required to sign the Rental Agreement.

- Visits and Property Access: We will always notify in advance should there be a need to access the homes and no one will ever enter without your approval. An exception is if there is a fire or life-threatening situations in the home.

• Credit Card Fee: Please note that bookings made through platforms other than Airbnb and Hopper will incur an additional credit card fee, which will apply to your payments.

• Change of Reservation Date: Kindly ensure the accuracy of your reservation dates. Any changes to the dates must be requested at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in date. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in the automatic declination of the request.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have the exclusive use of the entire home in the upper unit, ensuring privacy and comfort. The backyard however is shared with other guests from the ground level.

You may also choose to book the duplex, the entire home will be yours to enjoy. This means you will have access to both the upstairs and downstairs areas, providing ample space and flexibility for your stay.

Beware this is not an entire house. The house is split into the bottom and top. My family and I rented the top only and didn't realize that. The split is done where you can go down the stairs from the inside to the bottom and there is a door we had to just hope was locked from both sides. We heard the other people and their dog barking and crying in the bottom half of the house. There was no instructions how to get in or to use the Internet. I had to contact the host to get access to the house just hours before we got there. Also contacted about the WiFi and they didn't know how to connect. The password on the router asked us to login to an infinity account. No washer and dryer or hair dryer as described. It describes a culinary kitchen but there was no stove or dishwasher. The yard was over grown. The bean bag toss was rotten and broken in the corner of the yard. The outside trash was over flowing.
