Nights of Lights run from November 15th through January 11th! Do not miss one of the most beautiful towns in the world during the Holiday season!

Why compromise when you can have it all? This beautifully appointed condo is located in the beautiful St. Augustine Shores with DIRECT VIEW of the intracoastal and UNBEATABLE 2nd floor views and corner privacy! The Shores is located only a skip and a hop from Crescent Beach or Downtown St. Augustine and at the same time, has it's very own plethora of amenities and activities for all vacation styles. Enjoy 3 swimming pools (one heated), tennis and pickle ball, pavilion, BBQ and picnic areas, trails, the exclusive fishing pier, all under a soul-lifting canopy of old Oak Trees. Get to the Beach (only 10 minute ride over the scenic bridge). Enjoy sightseeing or simply relax in the 22 ft long porch overseeing the marshes, boats, wildlife and spectacular sunrises. Dig into our Fun Closet to find Beach chairs, pickle ball and tennis rackets, beach toys, towels, frisbee, fishing poles, cooler and everything else you may need. As an alternative to driving, The Sunshine Bus is a local transportation service with can take you to the beaches or town. https://sunshinebus.net.

We can be flexible with payment terms on reservations at least 2 months into the future-just ask for a split plan!

Cozy river view condo

We enjoyed our stay in this well appointed, clean and cozy condo. The check-in was easy and the property manager was extremely helpful and gave us suggestions for places to eat and explore. We especially enjoyed the wonderful view from the lanai. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful place to stay. Exceptionally clean. Check in was a breeze, Fantastic communication with the owner. View from the lanai was fabulous. Private, quiet, and had everything we could have possibly needed. Would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful experience

Excellent location and views are spectacular. Host is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Place is spot less and well stocked, decor is warm and inviting. Definitely recommend and we looking forward to staying here again. Highly recommend best unit around

Conquistador Condo

We have stayed in many of the Conquistador properties and this was one of the Best! The owner, Carla, was very easy to reach and very accommodating! The unit was well appointed, super clean and very comfortable! We will be back for sure!

Literally bring nothing

This property had absolutely everything you need for a week at the beach. Even full bottles of shampoo, conditioner and soap in the showers. The kitchen was fully set up for cooking dinners in. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Peaceful Stay

We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location was extremely nice and peaceful. This condo was located on the end so we didn't run into many people coming and going. There isn't any tv's in the bedrooms, which I didn't even notice when reviewing and it may not even matter to some, but I know for someone like me who enjoys the background noise it would be nice to have. The host was extremely nice and helpful

Serene Escape

This was our second stay at this condo and again we had a hard time leaving! It is an end unit so we rarely ran into anyone the entire time we were there. The view from the living room and porch was just amazing. We had everything we needed and found it exceptionally clean. The beds and couches were comfortable and it had just the right amount of room. We were in close distance of St. Augustine, Crescent Beach, and Matanzas Inlet. During our last visit we visited the fort and the Fountain of Youth, which we loved, and this time we went to the Alligator Farm and thoroughly enjoyed it. My husband spent time fishing at the dock on the property and from the beach. Can’t wait until we can come back!!!

Graduation trip was a success!

Peaceful Getaway

This property was so enjoyable that we did not want to leave. Every morning my husband and I walked on the oak covered trail and then sat under the shade on the dock to fish for a couple of hours. Afternoons were spent on Crescent Beach or Matanzas Inlet sunning and fishing. We also visited the fort and the Fountain of Youth in St. Augustine on separate days. The condo was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed, even coffee pods and chocolate! In the evening we enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the wildlife and boats going by on the intracoastal waterway. The complex was very quiet the entire time. We absolutely loved our stay!

Million Dollar View

This place is the best kept secret on VRBO!!! We stayed in this LOVELY condo for three months during quarantine. 3 not just 1 pools. One heated. This condo is located RIGHT ON THE INTRA COASTAL!!! We woke to all the birds singing in the trees. We have already booked for next year. You’ll love it. Oh and 12 minutes from the beach. Who could ask for more?

What a View!!

The location of the property was amazing! The view was stunning. Everything in the condo was decorated tastefully and we absolutely loved the screened in patio that overlooked the river. This place deserved a 5 star rating.
